Description
図1または図2に示すように、接着皮膜層21の表面の所定位置には、接着皮膜層21の厚さ方向に貫通する係合口210が数箇所形成されている。一方、ヒータ線1は所定位置に係合部11を備えている。接着皮膜層21の一方の表面に配置されたヒータ線1の係合部11は、接着皮膜層21の係合口210に挿着され、接着皮膜層21の他方の表面に仮止めして固定される(図6に示す)。なお、図6は図2に示すII−II位置の断面を示すものである。

Claims (5)
- 屈曲して面状に展開したヒータ線と該ヒータ線の両面に積層された接着皮膜層とさらに両該接着皮膜層にそれぞれ積層された絶縁皮膜層とを有するフィルムヒータであって、
前記ヒータ線と当接する少なくとも1枚の前記接着皮膜層は少なくとも該ヒータ線に達する少なくとも1本のスリットで形成された通気路を有することを特徴とするフィルムヒータ。 - 前記ヒータ線は耐熱金属箔より形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルムヒータ。
- 前記接着皮膜層は加熱により硬化して前記ヒータ線と前記絶縁皮膜層とを一体に接合したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルムヒータ。
- 前記通気路は前記スリットを持つ前記接着皮膜層の側周端に開口することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルムヒータ。
- 前記通気路は前記ヒータ線と少なくとも一箇所交差する交差部を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルムヒータ。
