Claims (5)
- CuO−弗燐酸塩系ガラスからなる基礎ガラス100質量部に対して、外割で、Fe2O3を0.6〜5質量部、Sb2O3を0.1〜5質量部含有することを特徴とする視感度補正フィルタガラス。
- 前記基礎ガラスが、質量%で、P2O510〜60%、AlF30〜20%、RF(RはLi,Na,Kのうち少なくとも1種)1〜30%、R´F2(R´はMg,Ca,Sr,Baのうち少なくとも1種)10〜75%、(ただし、弗化物総合計量の70%までを酸化物に置換可能)からなる成分の合計が90%以上である母ガラス100質量部に対し、外割でCuO0.5〜12質量部を含有するものである請求項1記載の視感度補正フィルタガラス。
- 肉厚0.3mmのガラスで、近紫外域の分光透過率において透過率が50%を示す波長が360nm以上の長波長側にあり、波長500nmにおける透過率が80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の視感度補正フィルタガラス。
- 固体撮像素子の視感度補正に用いられる請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の視感度補正フィルタガラス。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の視感度補正フィルタガラスからなる視感度補正フィルタ。
