Description

【Technical field】

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0004]
However, in the conventional elevator apparatus, in order to detect the position of the car, a cord rail with markers attached to each other must be provided in the hoistway or an uneven shape must be formed on the guide rail. Don't be. That is, in order to attach the car position detection device to the elevator, there has been a problem that a large-scale construction of the entire elevator device has to be performed.
Moreover, in the conventional moving body position and velocity detection device, the frame rate of the camera is about 1 kHz for a CCD line camera, and is even lower for a two-dimensional camera. Along with the speeding up of the moving body, there is a problem that the position cannot be detected because there is no overlap between the previous image and the new image at the above frame rate.

Generally, in an eddy current sensor, a high frequency current is excited in a coil inside the sensor to generate a high frequency magnetic field around the sensor. When a conductor exists in this magnetic field, an eddy current in a direction perpendicular to the direction of magnetic flux passage is generated on the conductor surface, and the coil loss fluctuates. As the distance between the sensor and the object approaches, the coil loss increases and the oscillation amplitude of the coil fluctuates. Therefore, distance information can be obtained from this amplitude.
In FIG. 13, when the distance between the eddy
