Description
a)前記キーオン及び停車時に、前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた前記基準電圧を前記電圧検出部に伝達する段階、
b)前記基準電圧に対応する第1電圧を伝達されて、前記第1電圧に対応する出力電圧を生成する段階、
c)前記基準電圧に対する前記出力電圧の比に対応して、有効ゲインを算出する段階、及び
d)前記キーオン及び停車時に算出された有効ゲインをキーオン直前のキーオフ時の有効ゲインまたは直前有効ゲインと比較する段階を含む。

Claims (16)
- 複数のセル及び前記複数のセル各々に連結する複数のセルリレーの中、第1セルリレーを含むバッテリー管理システムにおいて、
前記第1セルリレーが導通すると、前記複数のセルの中、前記導通した第1セルリレーに対応する第1セルに連結し、キーオン及び停車時に補助電源部に連結する3接点リレー対、前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた入力電圧に対応する第1電圧を伝達されて、前記第1電圧に対応する第2電圧を生成する電圧検出部、及び
前記入力電圧に対する第2電圧の比に対応する有効ゲインを算出し、前記算出した有効ゲインに基づいて、前記3接点リレー対の連結を制御するMCUを含み、
前記電圧検出部は、前記3接点リレー対によって前記第1セルの電圧、又は前記補助電源部から印加された基準電圧(Vref)のいずれかが入力電圧として択一的に選択され、
前記MCUが、キーオン時及び停車時に、前記3接点リレー対によって前記補助電源部から印加された基準電圧(Vref)を前記電圧検出部の入力電圧として選択し、当該基準電圧(Vref)と、当該基準電圧(Vref)に対応する電圧検出部の出力電圧との比である有効ゲインを算出し、キーオン時に算出された有効ゲインとキーオン直前の停車時の有効ゲインとを比較し、又は、停車時に算出された有効ゲインと停車直前のキーオン時の有効ゲインとを比較し、両者が同一でなければ、電圧検出部の回路に異常があると判断する
ことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記電圧検出部は、
前記第1電圧をゲインにより増幅して前記第2電圧を生成する差動増幅段を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記電圧検出部は、
前記第1電圧の印加を受けて、前記第1電圧と同じ前記第2電圧を伝達する電圧追従部を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記3接点リレー対は、キーオン及び停車時に前記補助電源部に連結して、基準電圧を前記電圧検出部に伝達し、
前記MCUは、
前記伝えられた基準電圧に対する前記第2電圧の比に対応して有効ゲインを算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記MCUは、
前記キーオン時に算出された有効ゲインとキーオン直前のキーオフ時の有効ゲインを比較して、前記キーオン時に算出された有効ゲインと前記キーオン直前のキーオフ時の有効ゲインが同一でなければ、前記電圧検出部の回路に異常があると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記停車時に算出された有効ゲインと直前有効ゲインを比較して、前記停車時に算出された有効ゲインと前記直前有効ゲインが同一でなければ、前記電圧検出部の回路に異常があると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記センシング部は、
前記電圧検出部の出力端から伝えられた出力電圧を変換して、前記MCUに伝達するA/Dコンバータを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 複数のセル及び前記複数のセル各々に連結する複数のセルリレーの中、第1セルリレーを含むバッテリー管理システムにおいて、
前記第1セルリレーが導通すると、前記導通した第1セルリレーに対応する第1セルに連結し、キーオン及び停車時に補助電源部に連結する3接点リレー対、
前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた入力電圧に対応する第1電圧を貯蔵する蓄電器、
前記蓄電器に貯蔵された前記第1電圧を伝達されて、前記ゲインにより増幅して第2電圧を生成する差動増幅段、及び
前記蓄電器と前記差動増幅段を連結する制御リレーを含み、
前記第1セルリレーの導通時には、第1セルの電圧が第1電圧として前記蓄電器に貯蔵され、一方、キーオン及び停車時には、前記補助電源部から印加された前記基準電圧(Vref)が第1電圧として前記蓄電器に貯蔵され、
バッテリー管理システムが電圧検出部を備え、MCUが、キーオン時及び停車時に、3接点リレー対によって補助電源部から印加された基準電圧(Vref)を電圧検出部の入力電圧として選択し、当該基準電圧(Vref)と、当該基準電圧(Vref)に対応する電圧検出部の出力電圧との比である有効ゲインを算出し、キーオン時に算出された有効ゲインとキーオン直前の停車時の有効ゲインとを比較し、又は、停車時に算出された有効ゲインと停車直前のキーオン時の有効ゲインとを比較し、両者が同一でなければ、電圧検出部の回路に異常があると判断する
ことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - キーオン及び停車時に、前記3接点リレー対と前記補助電源部を連結しながら、前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた基準電圧に対する前記第2電圧の比に対応して、有効ゲインを算出するMCUを更に含む
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 複数のセル及び前記複数のセル各々に連結する複数のセルリレーの中、第1セルリレーを含むバッテリー管理システムにおいて、
前記第1セルリレーが導通すると、前記導通した第1セルリレーに対応する第1セルに連結し、キーオン及び停車時に補助電源部に連結する3接点リレー対、
前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた入力電圧に対応する第1電圧を貯蔵する蓄電器、
前記蓄電器に貯蔵された前記第1電圧を伝達されて、前記第1電圧と同じ第2電圧を伝達する電圧追従部、及び
前記蓄電器と前記電圧追従部を連結する制御リレーを含み、
前記第1セルリレーの導通時には、前記第1セルの電圧が第1電圧として前記蓄電器に貯蔵され、キーオン及び停車時には、前記補助電源部から印加された前記基準電圧(Vref)が第1電圧として前記蓄電器に貯蔵され、
バッテリー管理システムが電圧検出部を備え、MCUが、キーオン時及び停車時に、3接点リレー対によって補助電源部から印加された基準電圧(Vref)を電圧追従部の入力電圧として選択し、当該基準電圧(Vref)と、当該基準電圧(Vref)に対応する電圧追従部の出力電圧との比である有効ゲインを算出し、キーオン時に算出された有効ゲインとキーオン直前の停車時の有効ゲインとを比較し、又は、停車時に算出された有効ゲインと停車直前のキーオン時の有効ゲインとを比較し、両者が同一でなければ、電圧追従部の回路に異常があると判断する
ことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム。 - キーオン及び停車時に、前記3接点リレー対と前記補助電源部を連結しながら、前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた基準電圧に対する前記第2電圧の比に対応して、有効ゲインを算出するMCUを更に含む
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 複数のセル及び補助電源部を含み、キーオン及び停車時に前記補助電源部と連結する3接点リレー対、前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた基準電圧を利用して、出力電圧を生成する電圧検出部を含むハイブリッド自動車のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法において、
a)キーオン及び停車時に、前記3接点リレー対を通して伝えられた前記基準電圧を前記電圧検出部に伝達する段階、
b)前記基準電圧に対応する第1電圧を伝達されて、前記第1電圧に対応する出力電圧を生成する段階、
c)前記基準電圧に対する前記出力電圧の比に対応して、有効ゲインを算出する段階、及び
d)前記キーオン及び停車時に算出された有効ゲインをキーオン直前のキーオフ時の有効ゲインまたは直前有効ゲインと比較する段階を含み、
キーオン時及び停車時に、前記3接点リレー対によって前記補助電源部から印加された基準電圧(Vref)を前記電圧検出部の入力電圧として選択し、当該基準電圧(Vref)と、当該基準電圧(Vref)に対応する電圧検出部の出力電圧との比である有効ゲインを算出し、キーオン時に算出された有効ゲインとキーオン直前の停車時の有効ゲインとを比較し、又は、停車時に算出された有効ゲインと停車直前のキーオン時の有効ゲインとを比較し、両者が同一でなければ、電圧検出部の回路に異常があると判断する
ことを特徴とするバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。 - 前記b)段階は、
前記第1電圧をゲインにより増幅して、前記出力電圧を生成する段階を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。 - 前記b)段階は、
前記第1電圧を伝達されて、前記第1電圧と同じ前記出力電圧を伝達する段階を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。 - 前記d)段階での比較結果、
前記キーオン時に算出された有効ゲインと前記キーオン直前のキーオフ時の有効ゲインが同一でなければ、前記電圧検出部の回路に異常があると判断する段階を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。 - 前記d)段階での比較結果、
前記停車時に算出された有効ゲインと前記直前有効ゲインが同一でなければ、前記電圧検出部の回路に異常があると判断する段階を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリー管理システムの駆動方法。
