Claims (2)
- 第1の流体圧アクチュエータを制御する第1のパイロット操作式制御弁と、
第2の流体圧アクチュエータを制御する第2のパイロット操作式制御弁と、
第1の流体圧アクチュエータを第1のパイロット操作式制御弁とともに制御する第3のパイロット操作式制御弁と、
手動操作量に対して第1のパイロット操作式制御弁の一側に作用するパイロット圧を制御する第1の電磁比例弁と、
手動操作量に対して第3のパイロット操作式制御弁の一側に作用するパイロット圧を制御する第2の電磁比例弁と、
手動操作量に対して第3のパイロット操作式制御弁の他側に作用するパイロット圧を制御する第3の電磁比例弁と、
手動操作量に対して第2のパイロット操作式制御弁の他側に作用するパイロット圧を制御する第4の電磁比例弁とを具備し、
第1、第2の電磁比例弁は、共通の手動操作量−パイロット圧特性を備えるとともに、共通の手動操作量を入力されるものであり、
第3の電磁比例弁は、第1、第2の電磁比例弁と共通の手動操作量−パイロット圧特性を備えるとともに、第4の電磁比例弁と共通の手動操作量を入力されるものであり、
第4の電磁比例弁は、第1、第2および第3の電磁比例弁と異なる手動操作量−パイロット圧特性を備えるとともに、第3の電磁比例弁と共通の手動操作量を入力されるものである
ことを特徴とする弁制御装置。 - 第1の流体圧アクチュエータは、油圧ショベルのブームを上下方向に回動するブームシリンダであり、
第2の流体圧アクチュエータは、ブームの先端に軸支されたスティックをイン・アウト方向に回動するスティックシリンダであり、
第1、第2の電磁比例弁は、レバー操作量−ブーム上げ用パイロット圧特性を備えるとともに、共通のブーム上げレバー操作量を入力されるものであり、
第3の電磁比例弁は、第1、第2の電磁比例弁と共通のレバー操作量−ブーム上げ用パイロット圧特性を備えるとともに、第4の電磁比例弁と共通のスティックインレバー操作量を入力されるものであり、
第4の電磁比例弁は、第1、第2および第3の電磁比例弁と異なるレバー操作量−スティックイン用パイロット圧特性を備えるとともに、第3の電磁比例弁と共通のスティックインレバー操作量を入力されるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁制御装置。
