Description
(1) 金属芯体:Cr-Ni系合金鋼(例えば)、外径130mm、長さ2800mm
(2) カーボンスリーブ:厚さ30mm×長さ1800mm
なお、内径は、金属芯体の外径+空隙、外径は、内径+30mmとした。
(3) 断熱材:ジルコニア(ZrO2)を金属芯体表面に溶射、厚さは、表1に記載の範囲とする。
(4) 冷却媒体:窒素ガス、流量2Nm3/Hとし、金属芯体入口での温度を30℃とする。なお、比較のため、冷却機能のない、中実の金属芯体も併せて適用した。

Claims (2)
- 内部に冷却構造を設け、かつ断熱材で包囲されてなる金属芯体と、さらに該断熱材を包囲してなるカーボンスリーブとからなる熱処理用ハースロールであって、
前記カーボンスリーブの長さ方向両端部において、前記断熱材とカーボンスリーブとの間にスペーサを介在させることにより、前記断熱材とカーボンスリーブの間に空隙を設けて前記金属芯体の浸炭を抑制したことを特徴とする熱処理用ハースロール。 - 前記断熱材の厚さが0.1mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱処理用ハースロール。
