Claims (9)
- 内燃機関のための噴射装置であって、
高圧ポンプ(14)によって燃料タンク(16)から蓄圧器内に送られる燃料を蓄えるための蓄圧器(12)と、プレッシャライン装置(18)を介して前記蓄圧器(12)に接続された、燃料を内燃機関に噴射するためのインジェクタ装置(20)とを有しており、
前記インジェクタ装置(20)が少なくとも1つのサーボ噴射弁を有していて、このサーボ噴射弁内に、プレッシャラインを介してノズル室にも、また制御室にも燃料が前記蓄圧器(12)から供給され、この蓄圧器(12)内で、ノズル室から燃焼室に通じる噴射路を開閉するためにノズル体が可動にガイドされていて、ノズル体は、その噴射路に向いた側の端部が、ノズル室内の燃料圧にさらされ、噴射路とは反対側の端部が、制御室内の燃料圧にさらされるようになっており、
サーボ噴射弁が、燃料を制御室から、燃料タンク(16)に通じる漏れパイプ(22)に解放するための制御弁を備えており、該制御弁が、制御室内の圧力を減圧させることによってノズル体を噴射路の開放方向に移動させて噴射過程を開始させるために、圧電式のアクチュエータによって操作されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、
漏れパイプ(22)が制御可能な弁(40)を備えており、該弁(40)が制御された状態で漏れパイプ(22)内の燃料流をしゃ断し、この際に弁(40)が内燃機関及び/又は噴射装置の前もって規定された運転パラメータに関連して制御され、所定の時間が経過した後で再び非作業状態にもたらされるようになっている、
ことを特徴とする、内燃機関のための噴射装置。 - インジェクタ装置(20)が複数のサーボ噴射弁を有しており、これらのサーボ噴射弁がプレッシャライン装置(18)を介して、これら複数のサーボ噴射弁のために共通に使用される蓄圧器(12)に接続されている、請求項1記載の噴射装置。
- インジェクタ装置(20)が複数のサーボ噴射弁を有しており、これらのサーボ噴射弁の漏れパイプ(22)が集合されていて、集合された漏れパイプ部に、制御可能な弁(40)が設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の噴射装置。
- 前もって規定された運転パラメータが、サーボ噴射弁におけるアクチュエータ過剰突き出しの有無を検出するようになっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射装置。
- 制御された後の弁(40)の非作業状態が、所定の時間だけ強制的に維持されるようになっている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の噴射装置。
- インジェクタ装置(20)を運転するための、及び制御可能な弁(40)を制御するための電子式の噴射制御装置(ECU)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の噴射装置。
- 噴射装置が、高圧ポンプ(14)によって燃料タンク(16)から蓄圧器内に送られる燃料を蓄えるための蓄圧器(12)と、プレッシャライン装置(18)を介して前記蓄圧器(12)に接続された、燃料を内燃機関に噴射するためのインジェクタ装置(20)とを有しており、
インジェクタ装置(20)が少なくとも1つのサーボ噴射弁を有していて、このサーボ噴射弁内に、プレッシャラインを介してノズル室にも、また制御室にも燃料が前記蓄圧器(12)から供給され、この蓄圧器(12)内で、ノズル室から燃焼室に通じる噴射路を開閉するためにノズル体が可動にガイドされていて、ノズル体は、その噴射路に向いた側の端部が、ノズル室内の燃料圧にさらされ、噴射路とは反対側の端部が、制御室内の燃料圧にさらされるようになっており、
サーボ噴射弁が、燃料を制御室から、燃料タンク(16)に通じる漏れパイプ(22)に解放するための制御弁を備えている形式の、内燃機関のための噴射装置(10)を駆動する方法であって、
制御室内の圧力を減圧することによって噴射路を開放させる方向でノズル体を移動させ、それによって噴射過程を開始させるために、圧電式のアクチュエータによって制御弁を操作する段階を有している方法において、
内燃機関及び/又は噴射装置の所定の運転パラメータに関連して漏れパイプ(22)内の燃料流をしゃ断し、このしゃ断を所定時間の経過後に再び解除することを特徴とする、内燃機関のための噴射装置を駆動する方法。 - 所定の運転パラメータとして、制御噴射弁におけるアクチュエータ過剰突き出しの有無を利用する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 漏れパイプ内の燃料流のしゃ断の解除を、さらに所定の時間だけ強制的に維持する、請求項7又は8記載の方法。
