Claims (7)
- 建設機械に備えられ、主油圧ポンプと、この主油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動し、ロッド側室、ボトム側室をそれぞれ有する第1油圧シリンダ、第2油圧シリンダと、上記主油圧ポンプから上記第1油圧シリンダに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1方向制御弁、上記主油圧ポンプから上記第2油圧シリンダに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第2方向制御弁と、上記第1方向制御弁を切換え制御する第1操作装置と、上記第2方向制御弁を切換え制御する第2操作装置とを備えた油圧駆動装置において、
上記第2操作装置により上記第2方向制御弁が切換え制御され、上記主油圧ポンプの圧油が上記第2油圧シリンダの上記ボトム側室に供給されて上記第1油圧シリンダの上記ロッド側室の圧が所定圧以上の高圧となったときに、上記第1油圧シリンダの上記ロッド側室と上記第2油圧シリンダの上記ボトム側室とを連通させて、上記主油圧ポンプから吐出され上記第2方向制御弁を介して上記第2油圧シリンダの上記ボトム側室に供給される圧油に上記第1油圧シリンダの上記ロッド側室の圧油を合流させる連通制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする油圧駆動装置。 - 上記連通制御手段が、上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室と、上記第2油圧シリンダのボトム側室とを連通可能な連通路と、この連通路中に設けられ、上記第2油圧シリンダの上記ボトム側室から上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室方向への圧油の流れを阻止する逆流防止手段と、上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室の圧が上記所定圧より低いときには上記連通路を遮断し、上記所定圧以上となったときに上記連通路を連通状態に保持する切換弁とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記切換弁が、上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室の圧に応じて絞り量が変化する可変絞りを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記第2油圧シリンダの上記ボトム側室と上記逆流防止手段とを結ぶ上記連通路上に、上記第2操作装置の操作量に応じて絞り量が変化する可変絞り手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記切換弁の弁位置を制御するためのパイロット油圧信号を生成する電磁弁と、上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室の圧を検出する圧力検出手段と、上記第2操作装置の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段と、上記圧力検出手段からの圧力信号及び上記操作量検出手段からの操作信号を入力し、所定の演算処理を実行し、上記電磁弁へ駆動信号を出力するコントローラとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記建設機械が、旋回体と、この旋回体に回動可能に装着されるブームと、このブームに回動可能に装着されるアームとを有する油圧ショベルであり、上記第1油圧シリンダが上記ブームを駆動するブームシリンダであり、上記第2油圧シリンダが上記アームを駆動するアームシリンダであって、
上記ブームシリンダのロッド側室の圧が所定圧以上の高圧となったときに、上記ブームシリンダのロッド側室と上記アームシリンダのボトム側室とを連通させる連通制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の油圧駆動装置。 - 上記建設機械が、旋回体と、この旋回体に回動可能に装着されるブームと、このブームに回動可能に装着されるアームと、このアームに回動可能に装着されるバケットとを有する油圧ショベルであり、上記第1油圧シリンダが上記ブームを駆動するブームシリンダであり、上記第2油圧シリンダが上記バケットを駆動するバケットシリンダであって、
上記ブームシリンダのロッド側室の圧が所定圧以上の高圧となったときに、上記ブームシリンダのロッド側室と上記バケットシリンダのボトム側室とを連通させる連通制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の油圧駆動装置。
