Description
a.部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、
b.熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、
c.任意的なオイル、および
d.更なる動的架橋を開始するための硬化剤
を溶融混合することによって熱可塑性エラストマーを製造することにおいて達成される。
e.少なくとも1のエラストマーおよびオイル、
f.少なくとも1の熱可塑性ポリマー、および
g.硬化剤、
を溶融混合することによって製造される。
a.部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、
b.熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、
c.任意的なオイル、および
d.更なる動的架橋を開始するための硬化剤
を溶融混合することを含む。
a.10〜90重量部の部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、
b.90〜10重量部の熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、
c.0〜30重量部のオイル、および
d.0.1〜10重量部の硬化剤
を溶融混合することによる熱可塑性エラストマーの製造を含む。ここで、部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、オイルおよび硬化剤の重量部の合計は100である。
a.15〜70重量部の部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、
b.85〜30重量部の熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、
c.0〜30重量部のオイル、および
d. 0.1〜5重量部の硬化剤
を溶融混合することにより製造される。ここで、部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、オイルおよび硬化剤の重量部の合計は100である。
比重:ASTM D792
引張強度:ASTM D−412、ダイC
極限伸び:ASTM D−412、ダイC
100%モジュラス:ASTM D−412、ダイC

硬化剤としてのフェノール樹脂SP1045(商標)を添加することなく、化合物1ペレットおよびポリプロピレンホモポリマー31S07A(Equistar製、MFR=0.7g/10分)から熱可塑性エラストマー(化合物A)を製造した。化合物Aは、25mm Berstorffかみ合い共回転二軸押出機上で製造された。
硬化剤としてのフェノール樹脂SP1045(商標)を添加することなく、化合物1ペレットおよびポリプロピレンホモポリマー31S07Aから熱可塑性エラストマー(化合物B)を製造した。化合物Bは、40mm Berstorffかみ合い共回転二軸押出機上で製造され、化合物1ペレットおよびポリプロピレン31S07Aが共に、2つの独立したフィーダーを使用して供給口へ供給された。化合物をペレット化するために、水中ペレタイザーが使用された。
Claims (12)
- a.部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、ここで、該ゴム濃厚物は、
e.少なくとも1のエラストマーおよびオイル、
f.少なくとも1の熱可塑性ポリマー、および
g.硬化剤、
を溶融混合することによって製造される、
b.熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、
c.任意的なオイル、および
d.更なる動的架橋を開始するための硬化剤
を溶融混合することによって熱可塑性エラストマーを製造する方法。 - 溶融混合が二軸押出機中で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 溶融混合が単軸押出機中で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物が、
e.30〜95重量部のエラストマーおよび0〜60重量部のオイル
f.5〜50重量部の熱可塑性ポリマー、および
g.0.1〜10重量部の硬化剤、
ここでエラストマー、熱可塑性ポリマー、硬化剤およびオイルの重量部の合計は100である、
を溶融混合することによって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - エラストマーがEPDMまたはEPMであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーが、熱可塑性ポリオレフィンホモおよびコポリマー、リアクターTPO、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリスルホン、ポリラクトン、ポリアセタール、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)樹脂、ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、スチレン−アクリロニトリル(SAN)樹脂、ポリイミド、スチレンマレイン酸無水物(SMA)および芳香族ポリケトンから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーが熱可塑性ポリオレフィンホモおよびコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーがポリプロピレンホモポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- 部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物中のエラストマーが50%より高いゲル含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物中のエラストマーが70%より高いゲル含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- a.10〜90重量部の部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、
b.90〜10重量部の熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、
c.0〜30重量部のオイル、および
d.0.1〜10重量部の硬化剤、
ここで、部分的に架橋されたゴム濃厚物、熱可塑性ポリマーおよび/または添加剤、オイルおよび硬化剤の重量部の合計は100である、
を溶融混合することによる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性エラストマーの製造法。 - 硬化剤がフェノール樹脂、シロキサンまたは過酸化物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
