Claims (10)
- 原料内に埋め込まれている単一壁のカーボンナノチューブ構造を分離する方法であって、
前記構造を溶液内に略分散させる分散剤の効果的量を含んでいる前記溶液に前記構造を混合する段階を含む方法を備え、
前記分散剤は、ノニデット(登録商標)P−40、タウロコール酸、ポロキサマー及びサポゲニングリコシドの少なくとも一つを備える方法。 - 前記分散剤は、サポニン及びタウロコール酸からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分散剤にて被覆されている単一壁のカーボンナノチューブ構造を有する溶液を含む単一壁のカーボンナノチューブ生成物であって、前記構造は、前記溶液内において略分散され、
前記分散剤は、ノニデット(登録商標)P−40、タウロコール酸、ポロキサマー及びサポゲニングリコシドの少なくとも一つを備える生成物。 - 前記分散剤は、サポニン及びタウロコール酸からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の生成物。
- 前記構造の精製された濾過液を形成するために前記溶液をフィルタに通過させる段階と、
前記構造の精製された溶液を形成するために前記溶液をサイズ排除コラムに通過させる段階との中の少なくとも1つによって前記溶液内の前記原料から前記構造を分離する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記フィルタは、0.20μm以下のサイズの孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液の前記構造を沈殿させるために10,000xg以下の範囲の速度で前記溶液を遠心分離する段階と、
前記構造を前記溶液から分離する段階と、
第2の溶液において前記構造を略分散するために前記第2の溶液に前記構造を混合する段階と
を更に含み、
前記第2の溶液は、前記構造との混合前に前記分散剤を略有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記分散剤の前記効果的量は、500mg/ml以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分散剤の前記効果的量は、少なくとも5mg/mlであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造を前記溶液に混合する段階は、前記構造を前記原料の汚染物質から実質的に分離することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
