Description
前記流路に突出する感温センサ及び加熱感温センサを有する熱式検出手段を前記測定管の近傍に配置するとともに、該測定管には前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサを保持する温度センサ保持部を備え,
さらには、前記感温センサと前記加熱感温センサとの温度差を一定にするための前記加熱感温センサの加熱に係る電力供給量制御を行い、その電力量から前記被測定流体の流量を算出及び前記渦検出器の検出値から前記被測定流体の流量を算出する流量変換器を備えることを特徴としている。
そして、本発明によると、微少流量域や低流量域では、熱式流量計の機能によって計測がなされ、高流量域では、渦流量計の機能によって計測がなされる。熱式流量計の機能における高流量域計測と、渦流量計の機能における低流量域計測とをある程度ラップさせて流量変換器で切り換えを行うようにすれば、微少流量から大流量まで精度よく計測することが可能になる。流量変換器では演算表示や出力等が行われる。
図1は本発明のマルチ渦流量計の一実施の形態を示す断面図である。また、図2は図1の要部拡大図、図3〜図5は検出部の側面図、断面図、底面図である。

Claims (4)
- 流管の流路に設けられて被測定流体を通過させる測定管と、前記被測定流体の流れに対向するように前記測定管に設けられる渦発生体と、該渦発生体により生じるカルマン渦に基づく変化を検出する渦検出器とを有する渦式検出手段を備え,
前記流路に突出する感温センサ及び加熱感温センサを有する熱式検出手段を前記測定管の近傍に配置するとともに、該測定管には前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサを保持する温度センサ保持部を備え,
さらには、前記感温センサと前記加熱感温センサとの温度差を一定にするための前記加熱感温センサの加熱に係る電力供給量制御を行い、その電力量から前記被測定流体の流量を算出及び前記渦検出器の検出値から前記被測定流体の流量を算出する流量変換器を備える
ことを特徴とするマルチ渦流量計。 - 請求項1に記載のマルチ渦流量計において,
前記測定管と前記温度センサ保持部とを一体化し一部品で形成する
ことを特徴とするマルチ渦流量計。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のマルチ渦流量計において,
前記感温センサと前記加熱感温センサの各先端の配置を、前記流管の中央又は中央周辺部分にする
ことを特徴とするマルチ渦流量計。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3いずれか記載のマルチ渦流量計において,
前記流管にあけた穴に対して前記渦式検出手段及び前記熱式検出手段を挿抜自在に形成する
ことを特徴とするマルチ渦流量計。
