Description
Claims (6)
- 穴と、穴に挿入され穴の深さ方向に延びるコアとクラッドを備えた第1の光導波路と、面内方向に延びるコアを有す第2の光導波路とを備え、第1の光導波路の外表面の一面と前記穴の一壁面にはそれぞれ凹または凸形状の位置あわせガイドが形成されており、第1の光導波路の光路を第2の光導波路の光路に方向変換する反射面を備え、
前記反射面が、前記第2の光導波路に、前記第2の光導波路の光軸に対して傾斜して形成されていることを特徴とする光配線基板。 - 穴の一壁面に形成されている前記位置あわせガイドが突起であり、第1の光導波路に形成されている前記位置あわせガイドが第1の凹みであり、さらに第1の光導波路のコアとクラッドの境界面に第2の凹みが形成されていて、第1の凹みは第2の凹みの直上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光配線基板。
- 穴の一壁面に形成されている前記位置あわせガイドが凹みであり、第1の光導波路に形成されている前記位置あわせガイドが突起であり、突起は第1の光導波路のコアの直上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光配線基板。
- 前記穴の壁面および第1の光導波路の外表面に形成されたそれぞれ凹または凸形状の位置あわせガイドがコアと異なる位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光配線基板。
- 請求項1乃至4いずれかに記載の光配線基板と、これと積層された電気配線基板とからなる光電気混載基板。
- コアおよびクラッドを有する第1の光導波路を備えた光ピンと、面内方向に延びるコアを有する第2の光導波路を備え、穴の形成された光配線板とを含む光配線基板であって、
前記光ピンは前記穴に挿入され、
前記穴は前記第2の光導波路の途中に形成され、
前記コアおよびクラッドを有する第1の光導波路は前記穴の深さ方向に延び、前記第1の光導波路の光軸と前記第2の光導波路の光軸とが交差し、
前記光ピンの外表面の一面と前記穴の一壁面にはそれぞれ凹または凸形状の位置あわせガイドが形成されており、
前記第1の光導波路の光路を前記第2の光導波路に方向変換する反射面を前記第2の光導波路に備え、
前記反射面が、前記第2の光導波路に、前記第2の光導波路の光軸に対して傾斜して形成されている光配線基板。
