Claims (2)
- エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された作動油によって作動する油圧アクチュエータと、
前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧アクチュエータへの作動油の供給量及び供給方向を制御する油圧パイロット式制御弁と、
前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧パイロット式制御弁のポンプポートとを接続するポンプ油路と、
前記ポンプ油路から分岐して作動油タンクまで延びるバイパス油路と、
前記バイパス油路に配置され、前記バイパス油路を通って前記作動油タンクに戻る作動油の量を制御するバイパス弁と、
前記ポンプ油路から分岐して前記油圧パイロット式制御弁のパイロットポートまで延びるパイロット油路と、
前記パイロット油路に配置され、前記パイロットポートに作用する圧力を制御する電磁比例減圧弁と、
前記バイパス弁及び前記電磁比例減圧弁の作動を制御するコントローラと、
オペレータから加えられる操作に応じて前記コントローラに作動信号を出力する操作具とを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記エンジンが始動され前記ポンプ油路の圧力が所要圧力に達した後であって前記操作具から作動信号が出力されていない状態においては前記バイパス弁の開口面積を第1の開口面積に設定し、かつ前記エンジンが始動されてから前記ポンプ油路の圧力が前記所要圧力に達するまでの間は前記バイパス弁の開口面積を前記第1の開口面積よりも小さい第2の開口面積に設定する、建設機械の油圧制御回路。 - 前記バイパス弁は、バイパス弁ハウジングと、前記バイパス弁ハウジングに移動自在に収容されたバイパス弁スプールと、前記バイパス弁スプールを初期位置に付勢するバイパス弁スプリングと、前記バイパス弁スプリングの付勢力に抗して前記バイパス弁スプールを移動させる比例ソレノイドとを含み、
前記バイパス弁スプールが前記初期位置に位置している場合に前記バイパス弁の開口面積は前記第2の開口面積に設定され、前記バイパス弁スプールの前記初期位置からの移動量が第1の移動量に達すると前記バイパス弁の開口面積は0に設定され、前記バイパス弁スプールの前記初期位置からの移動量が前記第1の移動量よりも大きい第2の移動量に達すると前記バイパス弁の開口面積は前記第1の開口面積に設定される、請求項1記載の建設機械の油圧制御回路。
