Claims (3)
- アクチュエータ機器の電極部に、各々が芯線及び該芯線の周囲に配された編組線とを有する複数本のシールド電線の端末部分の前記芯線が前記機器のアースカバー開口を介して接続され、前記シールド電線の端末部分及び前記機器の電極部を覆うように前記アースカバーに固定され外部から磁気シールドするシールド用カバーに前記編組線がジョイント端子を介して接続され、絶縁性を有する防水用の弾性部材であり、成形により前記シールド用カバーの外側を覆う形状に一体的に成形されたグロメットが止め具により前記アースカバーに固定されて、前記シールド用カバーと前記アースカバーの隙間部分及び前記シールド電線と前記アースカバーの隙間部分が密閉されたシールド電線の接続構造であって、
前記ジョイント端子が、前記シールド電線の編組線に圧着固定されて接続される電線接続部と、該電線接続部と一体形成され前記シールド用カバーに接続される端子取付部とを有し、前記端子取付部に締結部材を挿通させるための挿通孔が設けられ、前記編組線に前記電線接続部が圧着固定されている複数の前記ジョイント端子の前記端子取付部が、前記挿通孔を連通させた状態で上下に重ね合わされ、前記シールド用カバーの共締用孔を介して前記シールド用カバーの外側から前記挿通孔に挿入された前記締結部材により前記シールド用カバーにその外側から共締めされたことを特徴とするシールド電線の接続構造。 - 上下に重なる前記端子取付部のうち、一方の端子取付部に係止部が設けられ、他方の端子取付部に該係止部に係合する係合部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシールド電線の接続構造。
- 前記ジョイント端子が、略L字状に屈曲形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のシールド電線の接続構造。
