【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、施療子にて多様な揉み動作を行うマッサージ機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、揉み玉からなる施療子にて多様な揉み動作を行うマッサージ機が利用されている(例えば特許文献1参照)。

このマッサージ機においては、揉み玉を被施療者の施療部位に押圧したり、揉み玉にて施療部位を叩いたりして施療するものである。

また、施療子として一対の施療指を上下に配置してこの施療指にて施療部位を揉み挟みするマッサージ機も利用されている(例えば特許文献2参照)。

上述したようなマッサージ機においては、揉み玉にて施療部位を押圧又は叩いて施療したり、一対の施療指にて施療部位を掴んで揉んだりするものであり、揉み玉で押圧又は叩くことによる施療と、一対の施療指で掴むことによる施療との両方を行うものではなかった。

また、上記揉み玉で押圧又は叩くことによる施療と、一対の施療指で掴むことによる施療の両方を可能とする場合、揉み玉に加えて新たに一対の施療指を設ける必要があり、構成要素が増大してコスト増となると共に施療子を設けたユニットの収まりが悪くなって設計もし難いものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、施療部位を押圧又は叩くことによる施療に加えて、施療部位を掴むことによる施療を行うことができ、更に構成部品の増加に伴うコストの増加を抑えると共にコンパクトに収まるマッサージ機を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために請求項1記載のマッサージ機にあっては、揉み玉48及び該揉み玉48を移動する移動手段を有して揉み玉48によって施療するマッサージ機において、マッサージ機本体に対して可動な可動部32に上下に一対の揉み玉48を配置し、前記可動部32の揉み玉48の間に前記揉み玉48とは別体の掴み子62を配設すると共に、該掴み子62を駆動する駆動手段を設け、前記掴み子62と上記揉み玉48とで施療部位を掴んで施療可能なように該揉み玉48を掴み子62の対の一方として兼用し、揉み玉48及び掴み子62による揉み動作を行わない場合に掴み子62を揉み玉48よりも後方に収容して成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、上下一対の揉み玉48を用いて施療(例えば上側の揉み玉48aにて上方から施療部位を押圧したり、下側の揉み玉48bにて下方から施療部位を押圧したりする施療)を行うものにおいて、揉み玉48を施療部位に押圧したり又は叩いたり又は擦ったりする施療に加えて、揉み玉48と掴み子62とで掴むことによる施療も行うことが可能となり、更に、この時一つの掴み子62のみを設けて揉み玉48を対のもう一方の掴み子62として兼用して掴み動作ができるようになり、構成要素の増大を抑えてコンパクトにすることができる。また、揉み玉48及び掴み子62による揉み動作を行わない場合に掴み子62を揉み玉48よりも後方に収容することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本発明のマッサージ機は、図11に示すような椅子型マッサージ機1であり、椅子の座部11の後部に背凭れ部12を設け、背凭れ部12に機械的施療動作を行う施療子を設けて構成してあり、被施療者Mは座部11に座ると共に背凭れ部12に背凭れした状態で、施療子による叩き動作、揉み動作等の機械的施療動作を行うようになっている。

図8,図9に、機械的施療動作を行う主体となる主体ブロック13が示してあり、この主体ブロック13は背凭れ部12に上下移動自在に配置される。

主体ブロック13は、略箱枠状をしたフレームに後述する種々の機器を取り付けて形成してあり、施療子(後述する揉み玉48及び掴み子62)が取り付られる施療子ユニット3と、前記施療子ユニット3をそれぞれ人体への突没方向、巾方向、上下方向に動作させるための強弱駆動部15、巾駆動部14、上下駆動部16と、施療子に叩き動作を行わせる叩き駆動部17とで主体が構成される。

主体ブロック13のフレームの両側板13a間には、図8に示すように、巾駆動部14の巾駆動軸19が回転自在に取り付けてあると共に、巾駆動モータ20がフレームに取り付けてある。巾駆動部14は、巾駆動モータ20の回転により、巾駆動プーリ21a、巾駆動ベルト21b、巾プーリ21cを介して巾駆動軸19が回転するように構成してある。巾駆動軸19には、外周に雄ねじ19a,19bを設けてあり、この雄ねじ19a,19bは巾駆動軸19の軸方向の中央部を境にして左右の雄ねじ19a,19bは互いに逆ねじの関係となっている。この巾駆動軸19の左右の雄ねじ19a,19bにはそれぞれ後述する施療子ユニット3の送りナット35が螺合してあり、巾駆動軸19が正転方向あるいは逆転方向に回転して一対の施療子ユニット3が互いに近付いたり、あるいは互いに離れたりする動作、つまり、巾方向(左右方向)の移動を行うようになっている。

施療子ユニット3の上記巾方向の可動範囲の両外側には、図8,図10に示すように、一対の強弱駆動用歯車18が回動自在となるように主体ブロック13のフレームに設けてある。この一対の強弱駆動用歯車18は、扇形をした歯車主体の円弧部分に歯を設けた円弧状歯車により構成してあり、円弧の中心孔が上記巾駆動軸19に遊嵌してある。左右両側の強弱駆動用歯車18間には、二本の巾駆動支軸22が架設してあり、この巾駆動支軸22は巾駆動軸19と平行であり、巾駆動支軸22は上記一対の施療子ユニット3に設けた貫通孔38b(後述する)内に移動自在に挿入してある。

左右両側の強弱駆動用歯車18には後述の強弱駆動部15の強弱駆動モータ23の回転を伝達する一対の伝達用歯車25aが噛み合っている。

強弱駆動部15は、強弱駆動モータ23の回転により強弱ギアボックス24内の伝達機構を介して主体ブロック13のフレームに回転自在に軸支した強弱駆動軸25を回動するようになっている。強弱駆動軸25の両端部には一対の伝達用歯車25aが設けてあり、この一対の伝達用歯車25aはそれぞれ上記左右両側の強弱駆動用歯車18に噛み合っている。従って、強弱駆動モータ23を正転あるいは逆転駆動することで強弱駆動軸25が正転あるいは逆転方向に回転し、上記伝達用歯車25aを介して左右両側の強弱駆動用歯車18が巾駆動軸19を回転中心として回動する。左右両側の強弱駆動用歯車18が回動すると、後で更に詳述するが、左右両側の強弱駆動用歯車18間に架設した二本の巾駆動支軸22が挿通される施療子ユニット3は、前記強弱駆動用歯車18の回動と共に巾駆動軸19を中心に回動することとなり、施療子ユニット3に設けた揉み玉48の人体側への突出量(前後方向の突出量)を変化して調節することができる。つまり、施療子ユニット3が回動することで揉み玉48は円弧運動をし(実施形態では巾駆動軸19と同軸を回転中心とした円弧運動をし)て上下方向及び前後方向に移動するようになり、被施療者Mに対する施療子の当たる強弱を可変するようになっている。

主体ブロック13に設けた上下駆動部16は、駆動源である上下駆動モータ26を正転あるいは逆転駆動することで、上下ギアボックス27内に設けた伝達機構を介して両端部に上下ピニオン28a、上下ローラ28bを設けた上下駆動軸28を正転あるいは逆転駆動する。一方、マッサージ機1の背凭れ部12の内部には、左右の外枠フレーム(図示せず)に上下方向ガイドレール(図示せず)を設けてあり、この上下方向ガイドレールに上記上下駆動軸28の両端部の上下ローラ28bを上下移動自在に取り付けると共に、前記上下方向ガイドレールに形成したラック(図示せず)を上下駆動軸28の両端部の上下ピニオン28aに噛み合わせてある。上下駆動モータ26を上記のように正転あるいは逆転駆動すると、上下ピニオン28aがラックに噛み合いながら正転あるいは逆転して上下方向ガイドレールに沿って上方あるいは下方に移動することとなり、上下駆動軸28及び主体ブロック13を上方あるいは下方に移動するようになっている。

次に、施療子ユニット3と叩き駆動部17について説明する。

施療子ユニット3は、図1乃至図8等に示すように、上述した巾駆動軸19の雄ねじ19a,19bに螺合する送りナット35を備えた巾送りケース33及び該巾送りケース33に固定した巾アーム36からなる固定部31と、前記固定部31に対して回動自在に設けられる可動部32とで主体が構成され、巾駆動軸19の左右の雄ねじ19にそれぞれ螺合するように左右に一対設けられる。

固定部31の巾送りケース33は略箱状をしたもので、その巾方向の一対の対向する面を貫通して内部に巾駆動軸19が挿通される挿通孔34aを形成すると共に、この挿通孔34aに挿通される巾駆動軸19の雄ねじ19a,19bが螺合するように送りナット35が内部に設けてある。この巾送りケース33は、巾方向の一方の側面部が側面視において該巾送りケース33のケース部よりも大きい板33aで形成してあり、この側面部の板33aに巾アーム36を固定してある。

巾アーム36は本実施形態では略へ字状をした板状のもので、上記巾送りケース33の挿通孔34aに対応する位置に巾駆動軸19が遊嵌される挿通孔34bを形成してあり、巾送りケース33の側面部の板33aに複数のねじ等からなる固着具37にて固定すると、巾送りケース33と該巾アーム36の挿通孔34a,34bが連通すると共に、巾送りケース33よりも前方又は上下方向(本実施形態では前方及び上方)に突出する状態となる。更に、この巾送りケース33の側面部の板33aと巾アーム36とには、二本の巾駆動支軸22が挿入される貫通孔38a,38bが穿孔してあり、この貫通孔38a,38bに挿入された巾駆動支軸22が貫通孔38a,38b内を軸方向(巾方向)に相対的に移動可能となっている。これにより、上述したように、巾駆動軸19を中心として強弱駆動用歯車18が回動すると共にこの両強弱駆動用歯車18間に架設した巾駆動支軸22も巾駆動軸19廻りに平行を保ったまま回動した際、巾送りケース33及び巾アーム36からなる固定部31も強弱駆動用歯車18及び巾駆動支軸22と一体的に回動するものである。

可動部32は、前記固定部31の巾アーム36に対して回動自在に設けられる叩き動作板部39と、この叩き動作板部39に対して若干回動可能に設けられる施療子固定アーム40と、この施療子固定アーム40に対して揺動自在に設けられる肩掴み部41とからなる。

叩き動作板部39は、上記固定部31の巾アーム36に回動自在となるように軸支されるもので、本実施形態では巾アーム36の上端部に側方に突出する突出軸42を設けると共に、叩き動作板部39の後端部に前記突出軸42が嵌入される被嵌孔43を穿孔し、ブッシュ47を介して前記突出軸42に叩き動作板部39の被嵌孔43を被嵌してある。これにより、叩き動作板部39は巾アーム36に対して前記突出軸42及び被嵌孔43を中心として叩き動作板部39の上記巾アーム36から突出する前端部が回動自在となるようにしてある。この叩き動作板部39には、後述する叩きリンク52のピン53が挿通されるピン挿通穴44が設けてあると共に、施療子固定アーム40と肩掴み部41とを揺動可能に軸支する揺動支点軸45が突設してある。

揺動支点軸45は、叩き動作板部39の上記被嵌孔43よりも前方の部分(即ち前端部)に上記巾アーム36が取り付けられた側と反対の側方に向けて突設してある。一方、施療子固定アーム40には後端部に前記揺動支点軸45が嵌入される支点軸嵌入孔46を穿孔してあり、ブッシュ47を介して叩き動作板部39の揺動支点軸45に施療子固定アーム40の支点軸嵌入孔46を被嵌することで、施療子固定アーム40が叩き動作板部39に対して回動可能となるように設けてある。これにより、叩き動作板部39の両面にそれぞれ巾アーム36と施療子固定アーム40とが叩き動作板部39に対して回動自在となるように配設される。

施療子固定アーム40は、一端部が前方に突出すると共に他端部が下方に突出する側面視略逆L字状をした板状のもので、上端近傍の後端部に支点軸嵌入孔46が穿孔してあり、上述したように叩き動作板部39の揺動支点軸45が嵌入される。この施療子固定アーム40には、前方に突出する一端部及び下方に突出する他端部の側部に一対の施療子である揉み玉48が設けてある。この揉み玉48は、巾方向が回転軸となるように施療子固定アーム40に対して回転自在に設けてある。

上記施療子固定アーム40は、叩き動作板部39に対して若干だけ回動可能となるように回動規制すると共に回動の際の衝撃を和らげるもので、以下に説明する。上述したように、固定部31の巾アーム36の突出軸42に叩き動作板部39の被嵌孔43を被嵌しているが、この突出軸42は叩き動作板部39よりも更に突出して施療子固定アーム40にまで達しており、また施療子固定アーム40の前記突出軸42に対応する部分には略コ字状をした切欠49が形成してある。そして、この突出軸42の先端は前記切欠49内に位置すると共に突出軸42の外周部にクッション材42aを設けてある。このようにすることで、上述したように施療子固定アーム40が叩き動作板部39に対して揺動支点軸45を中心に回動すると、施療子固定アーム40の切欠49の内端縁がクッション材42aを介して突出軸42に当接してその回動範囲が規制され、また、クッション材42aを設けたことで施療子固定アーム40が回動範囲の限界に達した時(即ちクッション材42aに当接した時)の衝撃を弱めることができる。
