Abstract
【解決手段】 トレッド部1におけるカーカス層4の外周側に少なくとも2層の交差ベルト層62,64を配置し、これら交差ベルト層62,64の間に該交差ベルト層62,64よりも幅が狭い少なくとも1層の周方向補強ベルト層63を配置すると共に、交差ベルト層62,64の間であって周方向補強ベルト層63の幅方向外側に該周方向補強ベルト層63のエッジ部に隣接しつつ一定の厚さを持つゴム組成物からなる応力緩和層7を設ける。

Description
試験タイヤをリムサイズ22.5×14.00のホイールに組付け、空気圧900kPaとしてドラム試験機に取り付け、速度45km/h、荷重68.65kNの条件にて走行試験を実施し、タイヤが破壊するまでの走行距離を測定した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど荷重耐久性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (10)
- トレッド部におけるカーカス層の外周側に少なくとも2層の交差ベルト層を配置し、これら交差ベルト層の間に該交差ベルト層よりも幅が狭い少なくとも1層の周方向補強ベルト層を配置すると共に、前記交差ベルト層の間であって前記周方向補強ベルト層の幅方向外側に該周方向補強ベルト層のエッジ部に隣接しつつ一定の厚さを持つゴム組成物からなる応力緩和層を設け、前記交差ベルト層の間であって該交差ベルト層のエッジ部に対応する位置にゴム組成物からなる端部緩衝層を設け、前記応力緩和層を前記周方向補強ベルト層と前記端部緩衝層との間の全域にわたって配置したことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記応力緩和層を構成するゴム組成物の100%伸張時モジュラスが前記交差ベルト層のコードを被覆するゴム組成物の100%伸張時モジュラスよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記応力緩和層を構成するゴム組成物の100%伸張時モジュラスEaと前記交差ベルト層のコードを被覆するゴム組成物の100%伸張時モジュラスEcoとが0.6≦Ea/Eco≦0.9の関係を満足することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記応力緩和層を構成するゴム組成物の100%伸張時モジュラスが4.0MPa〜5.5MPaの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記周方向補強ベルト層はタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が0度〜5度であってカーカス断面幅の60%〜75%の幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記交差ベルト層はタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が10度〜45度であって前記周方向補強ベルト層よりもカーカス断面幅の少なくとも10%広い幅を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記交差ベルト層の前記応力緩和層を介在させた部位でのコード間ゴムゲージtが前記周方向補強ベルト層のコード径Dに対して0.8D≦t≦1.7Dの関係を満足することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス層と前記交差ベルト層との間にタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が45度〜90度であってカーカス断面幅の60%〜85%の幅を有する高角度ベルト層を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記交差ベルト層の外周側にタイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が10度〜45度であってカーカス断面幅の60%〜85%の幅を有する保護ベルト層を配置したことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 扁平率が60%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
