Claims (4)
- 一方の短管部材には、サニタリー配管と接続される側と反対側の軸端にフランジ部が形成されているとともに、そのフランジ部側には短管部材の内径部を延長するように軸方向に突出する筒状の突出部が形成され、かつ突出部の外周端部には断面が円弧状の丸み部が全周に渡り形成されており、
他方の短管部材には、サニタリー配管と接続される側と反対側の軸端にフランジ部が形成されているとともに、そのフランジ部側には上記突出部をすきまばめ可能な大径部が形成され、かつ大径部の底面にはその径が短管部材の内径に向かって深さ方向に連続的に減少するテーパー部が形成されており、
上記一方の短管部材の突出部を上記他方の短管部材の大径部に嵌め込んだ状態で上記両フランジ部をクランプ部材でクランプすることによって上記丸み部が上記テーパー部に圧接されることを特徴とするサニタリー配管用管継手。 - 請求項1記載のサニタリー配管用管継手において、それぞれの短管部材には、フランジ部と隣接する位置に厚肉部が形成されていることを特徴とするサニタリー配管用管継手。
- 請求項2記載のサニタリー配管用管継手において、上記一方の短管部材または他方の短管部材に形成された厚肉部の内周面には、径方向内側に突出する係止部が形成されているとともにこの係止部から上記フランジ部側に離れた位置に溝部が形成されており、この短管部材の内部には、短管部材内を流れる流体中に混入している異物を取り除くフィルターが、上記フランジ部側から上記係止部に係止されるように配設され、かつ、このフィルターを上記係止部とで挟み込むリング状の金具が上記溝部に嵌め込まれていることを特徴とするサニタリー配管用管継手。
- 請求項3記載のサニタリー配管用管継手において、上記フィルターは、多数のメッシュが形成された網状体と、多数の貫通孔が形成された板状体とが重ね合わされて構成されており、上記板状体が下流側に来るように配設されていることを特徴とするサニタリー配管用管継手。
