(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 本体と取付部と下片とを有し,かつ硬質
のコア層と軟質のスキン層とからなるサンドイッチ構造
のマッドガードであって, 上記マッドガードは上記本体側にゲート部を,また上記
取付部側に取付穴及び該取付穴よりも外側部に設けら
れ使用前には除去されるタブ品を有し, 上記ゲート部から上記取付穴を経由してタブ品に至るま
での最短距離の経路において,その取付部側には該取付
穴の直径の2〜8倍の幅を有する肉厚部を形成し,かつ
該肉厚部におけるコア層の厚みは他の部分のコア層の厚
みよりも大きいことを特徴とするサンドイッチ構造のマ
ッドガード。
