When the overfender 9 is made of a sandwich molded product, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 2 to be described later, a synthetic resin core material 2 and a synthetic resin skin material 1 coated on the surface thereof are used. And formed by When the sandwich molded product is molded, a molding die 8 provided with a core 85 for forming the mounting hole in the cavity 81 is used as shown in FIG. Then, the skin material 1 is injected into the molding die 8, and then the core material is injected into the skin material 1. At the time of forming the mounting hole, the excess skin material 1 is discarded through the small flow path 821.

However, the conventional sandwich molded products have the following problems with respect to the mounting holes. That is, the mounting hole 9 in the conventional sandwich molded product is used.
As shown in FIG. 9, there is a type 1 which has a skin material 1 on the surface but is not entirely surrounded by a core material 2.

That is, as shown in FIG. 9, a part of the skin material 1 around the mounting hole 91 is connected to the skin material 1 on the surface of the main body 90 to form a bridge.
For this reason, the rigidity of the mounting hole 91 is low, and there is a possibility that a mounting tool such as a clip cannot be gripped strongly. As a result, the engagement of the clip may cause seat loosening, which may cause a displacement between the overfender 9 and the vehicle body. In particular, since the over fender 9 is a long molded product, the above-mentioned loose seat has a large effect on the displacement of the entire mounting position.

Next, as described above, the cause of the failure of the core material to wrap around the mounting hole is considered as follows. That is, first, as shown in FIG. 10, a molding die 8 for molding the sandwich molded product has a cavity 81 for molding a main body 90 and a core for molding a mounting hole provided in the cavity 81. 85. In addition, core 8

Therefore, in forming a sandwich molded product, first, as shown in FIG. 10, the skin material 1 is injected into the cavity from a gate (see reference numeral 96 in FIG. 8).
Next, the core material 2 is injected into the skin material 1. Thereby, the skin material 1 is cooled by the wall surface of the cavity and is sent forward while forming a skin layer. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the skin material 1 flows further forward so as to surround the core 85 for forming the mounting hole. Further, the core material 2 in the skin material 1 also flows forward. Then, the excess skin material 1 flows into the tab 82.

It should be noted that in the flow of the skin material 1 and the core material 2, the skin material 1 forms a skin layer surrounding the core 85 for the mounting hole.
Is that the skin layer around the core 85 cannot be further surrounded. The reason is tab 82 above.
This is because although the skin material 1 is located near the core 85, only the skin material 1 enters the tab 82 first, and the leading end portion 21 of the core material 2 does not flow in the direction of the tab 82.

Therefore, between the core 85 and the tab 82,
The bridge 13 of the skin material 1 is formed. Since the bridge 13 is a skin material, the bridge 13 has flexibility, and as described above, the mounting fixture is loosened. Therefore, as a means for preventing the bridge 13 from being formed, the tab 8
It is conceivable that the size of 2 is large enough to allow a sufficient amount of core material 2 to flow in more than the capacity of bridge 13.

However, in this case, a large amount of the skin material and the core material flow into the tab 82, and the synthetic resin material is wasted. This is because the skin material and the core material that have entered the tab 82 are cut off from the main body 90 after molding and discarded. This is a problem common to not only over fenders but also sandwich molded products having mounting holes. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to provide a sandwich molded product having a mounting hole having excellent rigidity and having a small amount of waste of synthetic resin during molding.

In the sandwich molded article of the present invention,
The mounting hole has the above structure. Therefore, the mounting hole has excellent rigidity. Therefore, the seat does not loosen. Also, at the time of molding, since the rear part of the resin flow of the core for forming the mounting hole is tapered, the core material reaches the rear part of the resin flow of the core quickly, and the rear part of the resin flow of the core. Flows relatively quickly in the direction of the tub near. Therefore, the core material sufficiently wraps around the core, and the mounting hole can be obtained.

Next, when molding the sandwich molded product, as shown in FIG. 4, the skin material 1 is first injected into the cavity 41 from the gate (located at reference numeral 96 in FIG. 2) as in the conventional case. The skin material 1 flows backward from the gate as shown by the arrow in FIG. After an amount of the skin material 1 necessary for forming the skin layer of the main body 90 is injected, the core material 2 is injected into the skin material 1. This gives
The skin material 1 moves further forward. Then, the portion of the skin material 1 that is in contact with the cavity 41 and the wall surface of the core 45 is cooled to form a skin layer.

Also, the core material 2 injected into the skin material 1
Flows forward inside the skin material 1. It should be noted that, around the core 45, the core material 2
Flows smoothly on the upper and lower sides of the core 45 as shown in FIG. This is because the resin flow rear portion of the core 45 has a tapered shape 452. Also,
A tab 42 is provided behind the rear portion of the resin flow. Therefore, when the skin material 1 flows into the tub 42, the core material 2 is also slightly drawn. Therefore, the core material 2 can wrap around the entire core 45.

Therefore, as described above, the mounting hole 3 having excellent rigidity can be formed. Further, since the core material 2 can easily go around the core 45, the tab 42 does not need to be large. In the over fender 9 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the main body 90 has a sandwich structure, while the mounting hole 3 is surrounded by a skin material 1 and further around the core material 2. .

Therefore, the entire overfender 9 has excellent properties inherent in the sandwich structure, while the mounting holes 3 have excellent rigidity. Therefore, even when the clip is engaged with the mounting hole, the clip can be strongly engaged, and the seat does not loosen. Further, as described above, since the tab 42 can be made smaller, waste of the synthetic resin during molding can be reduced.
