前記スキム層の表面の少なくとも一部分を覆う外側保護層と、を含む、多層構造を含む、非空気式タイヤ。 - 前記支持構造が、複数のスポークを含み、前記多層構造が、前記複数のスポークのうちの少なくとも1つのスポークの少なくとも一部分を画定する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記支持構造が、相互接続されたウェブを含み、前記多層構造が、前記相互接続されたウェブの少なくとも一部分を画定する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記外側保護層が、前記スキム層よりもオゾン曝露に対してより大きい抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記外側保護層が、前記スキム層の前記表面の大部分を覆う、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記外側保護層が、前記スキム層の前記表面全体を覆う、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記支持構造が、前記環状内側リングと前記環状外側リングとの間に波状スポークを含み、前記多層構造が、前記波状スポークの少なくとも一部分を画定する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。

多層構造を形成する工程と、
前記多層構造を支持構造に組み込む工程と、
環状内側リングから環状外側リングに延在する前記支持構造を位置決めする工程と、を含み、多層構造を形成する前記工程が、
前記スキム層内に埋め込まれた複数のコードを有するスキム層の表面の少なくとも一部分に外側保護層を適用する工程であって、前記外側保護層が、前記スキム層よりもオゾン曝露に対してより大きい耐性を有する、適用する工程を含む、方法。 - 前記外側保護層を適用する前記工程が、カレンダープロセス及び共押出プロセスのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記外側保護層を適用する前記工程が、液体状態における前記外側保護層の浸漬、塗装、又は噴霧のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
