Abstract
Description
− ウェブ前進経路Pに沿って、少なくともウェブ4が使用中にチューブ3に形成されるチューブ形成ステーション17であって、チューブ前進経路Qに沿ってチューブ3を前進させるためのチューブ形成ステーション17まで、ウェブ4を前進させるように構成された搬送装置16と、
− チューブ3の長手方向シーム部を得るために、ウェブ4の第1の側縁19と、特に第1の側縁19の反対側のウェブ4の第2の側縁20とを重ねることにより、チューブ形成ステーション17でチューブ3を形成するように構成されたチューブ形成装置18と、
− 長手方向シーム部に沿ってチューブ3を長手方向に密封するように構成された密封装置21と
を含む。
− ウェブ前進経路Pに沿ってチューブ形成ステーション17の上流に配置された滅菌ステーションにおいて、特に化学的滅菌(過酸化水素)及び/又は物理的滅菌(電子ビーム照射)により、ウェブ4の少なくとも一部を滅菌するための滅菌機器(図示せず)と、
− 注ぐことができる製品をチューブ3に充填するための充填装置23と、
− 特にチューブ前進経路Qに沿ってチューブ3が前進する間、チューブ3を少なくとも形成して、短手方向に密封し、優先的にパッケージ2を得るために、チューブ3を短手方向に切断もするように構成されたパッケージ形成ユニット24と
を含む。
− 前進経路Pに沿ってウェブ4を前進させるステップと、
− 長手方向シーム部を得るために、第1の側縁19を第2の側縁20に重ねるステップと、
− チューブ3のシーム部を長手方向に密封するために、少なくとも内部外面34及び外部外面37を互いに融着させるステップと
を含む。
− 特に折り曲げるステップ及び長手方向に密封するステップ前に実行される、滅菌ステーションでウェブ4を滅菌するステップと、
− 注ぐことができる製品をチューブ3に充填するステップと、
− 経路Qに沿ってチューブ3を前進させるステップと、
− チューブ3を形成し、連続するパッケージ2間でチューブ3を短手方向に密封し、特に単一のパッケージ2を得るために、連続するパッケージ2間でチューブ3を短手方向に切断することにより、チューブ3から単一のパッケージ2を得るステップと
を含む。
− 外部外面37を直接加熱するサブステップと、
− 内部外面34と、直接加熱された外部外面37との間の接触を確立することにより、内部外面34を接触によって(単独で)加熱するサブステップと
を含む。
Claims (15)
- 包装材料のウェブ(4、4’)のチューブ(3)を形成するための方法であって、
− ウェブ前進経路(P)に沿って前記包装材料のウェブ(4)を前進させるステップ、
− 前記チューブ(3)の長手方向シーム部を得るために、前記包装材料のウェブ(4、4’)の第1の側縁(19)を前記包装材料のウェブ(4、4’)の第2の側縁(20)に重ねるステップであって、前記そのように得られたチューブ(3)は、内部空間(33)を有し、前記第2の側縁(20)は、前記チューブ(3)の形成後、前記内部空間(33)内に配置され、前記第1の側縁(19)は、前記内部空間(33)に面する内部外面(34)を含み、及び前記第2の側縁(20)は、前記第1の側縁(19)の前記内部外面(34)に面する外部外面(37)を含む、ステップ、
− 前記チューブ(3)の前記シーム部を長手方向に密封するために、少なくとも前記内部外面(34)及び前記外部外面(37)を互いに融着させるステップ
を含み、前記融着させるステップは、少なくとも、
− 前記第2の側縁(20)の前記外部外面(37)を直接加熱するサブステップと、
− 前記内部外面(34)と、前記直接加熱された外部外面(37)との間の接触を確立することにより、前記内部外面(34)を接触によって加熱するサブステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記接触によって加熱するステップ前に、前記内部外面(34)の温度は、前記外部外面(37)の温度より低い、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接触によって加熱するステップ前に、前記内部外面(34)の前記温度は、外気温度と略等しい、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記包装材料のウェブ(4、4’)は、複数の層を含み、前記外部外面(34)及び前記内部外面(37)は、ヒートシールプラスチック材料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記包装材料のウェブ(4、4’)は、包装材料の初期ウェブ(5)と、前記包装材料の初期ウェブ(5)上に取り付けられたシーリングストリップ(11)とを含み、前記方法は、前記第2の側縁(20)が前記シーリングストリップ(11)を含むように、前記包装材料の初期ウェブ(5)上に前記シーリングストリップ(11)を取り付けるステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリングストリップ(11)の少なくとも一部は、前記外部外面(37)の少なくとも一部を画定する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリングストリップ(11)を取り付ける前記ステップは、前記重ねるステップ前且つ前記密封するステップ前に実行される、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリングストリップ(11)を取り付ける前記ステップ中、前記シーリングストリップ(11)は、少なくとも前記包装材料の初期ウェブ(5)の内部表面上に取り付けられ、前記包装材料の初期ウェブ(5)の前記内部表面は、前記チューブ(3)の形成後、前記チューブ(3)の前記内部空間(33)に面する、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリングストリップ(11)を取り付ける前記ステップ中、前記シーリングストリップ(11)の少なくとも別の一部は、前記包装材料の初期ウェブ(5)の、前記内部表面の反対側の外部表面上に取り付けられ、前記包装材料の初期ウェブ(5)の前記外部表面は、前記チューブ(3)の前記形成後、前記内部外面(34)に面する、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記密封するステップ中、前記シーリングストリップ(11)の少なくとも一部は、直接加熱される、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記密封するステップ中、加熱ユニット(39)は、前記第2の側縁(20)の前記外部外面(37)を直接加熱する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱ユニット(39)は、加熱されたガスの流れにより、且つ/又はレーザ光の光線により、且つ/又はプラズマにより、且つ/又は電子ビーム照射により、直接加熱する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 注ぐことができる製品の密封パッケージ(2)を製造するための方法であって、チューブ(3)を形成するために、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のステップを含み、及び
− 前記注ぐことができる製品を前記チューブ(3)に充填するステップと、
− 前記密封パッケージ(2)を製造するために、前記形成されたチューブ(3)を形成し、且つ短手方向に密封するステップと
をさらに含む方法。 - ウェブ前進経路(P)に沿って前進する包装材料のウェブ(4、4’)から、注ぐことができる製品の密封パッケージ(2)を製造するための包装機(1)であって、
− 前記ウェブ前進経路(P)に沿って、少なくとも前記包装材料のウェブ(4)が使用中にチューブ(3)に形成されるチューブ形成ステーション(17)まで、前記包装材料のウェブ(4)を前進させるための搬送装置(16)、
− 前記チューブ(3)の長手方向シーム部を得るために、前記包装材料のウェブ(4)の第1の側縁(19)を前記包装材料のウェブ(4)の第2の側縁(20)に重ねることにより、前記チューブ形成ステーション(17)で前記チューブ(3)を形成するように構成されたチューブ形成装置(18)であって、前記第2の側縁(20)は、前記チューブ(3)の形成後、前記チューブ(3)の内部空間(33)内に配置され、前記第1の側縁(19)は、前記内部空間(33)に面する内部外面(34)を含み、及び前記第2の側縁(20)は、前記内部外面(34)に面する外部外面(37)を含む、チューブ形成装置(18)、
− 前記内部外面(34)及び前記外部外面(37)を互いに融着することにより、前記シーム部を長手方向に密封するように構成された密封装置(21)
を含み、前記密封装置(21)は、前記第1の側縁(19)の前記内部外面(34)を加熱することなく、前記第2の側縁(20)の前記外部外面(37)を直接加熱するように構成された加熱装置(39)を含む、包装機(1)。 - 前記加熱ユニット(39)は、加熱されたガスの流れにより、且つ/又はレーザ光の光線により、且つ/又はプラズマにより、且つ/又は電子ビーム照射により、前記外部外面(37)を直接加熱するように構成される、請求項14に記載の包装機。
