Abstract
Description
本実施形態の液圧駆動システム1では、駆動する液圧アクチュエータとして液圧シリンダ2を例にして説明したが、液圧アクチュエータは液圧モータであってもよい。また、液圧シリンダ2の種類も片ロッドの複動式のシリンダに限定されず、両ロッドのシリンダ及び単動式のシリンダであってもよい。また、メータイン制御弁12、メータアウト制御弁13、再生弁14は、前述するような構成に限定されない。即ちメータイン制御弁12、メータアウト制御弁13、再生弁14は、各々の開口の制御可能なものであればよい。

Claims (6)
- 液圧アクチュエータに作動液を供給する液圧ポンプと、
前記液圧ポンプから前記液圧アクチュエータに流れる作動液の流量を制御するメータイン制御弁と、
前記液圧アクチュエータからタンクに排出される作動液の流量を制御するメータアウト制御弁と、
前記液圧アクチュエータから排出される作動液を前記液圧アクチュエータに供給する再生弁と、を備え、
前記メータアウト制御弁は、前記再生弁と並列して前記液圧アクチュエータに接続されている、液圧駆動システム。 - 操作具の操作量に応じた操作信号を出力する操作装置と
前記再生弁及び前記メータアウト制御弁の開口を制御して、前記操作装置からの操作信号に応じた流量の作動液を前記液圧アクチュエータから排出させる制御装置を更に備える、請求項1に記載の液圧駆動システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記再生弁の開度に基づいて再生流量を推定し、前記操作装置からの操作信号に応じて前記液圧アクチュエータから排出させる排出流量と推定される再生流量との差分であるメータアウト流量を前記タンクに流すように前記メータアウト制御弁の開口を制御する、請求項2に記載の液圧駆動システム。
- 前記液圧アクチュエータから排出される作動液の圧力である排出圧を検出する第1圧力センサとを更に備え
前記制御装置は、前記再生弁の下流圧と、前記液圧アクチュエータの排出圧とに基づいて再生流量を推定し、
前記再生弁の下流圧は、前記第1圧力センサで検出される排出圧と、前記再生弁の開度とに基づいて推定される、請求項2又は3に記載の液圧駆動システム。 - 前記液圧アクチュエータに供給される作動液の圧力である供給圧を検出する第2圧力センサと、
前記制御装置は、前記第1圧力センサで検出される排出圧と、前記第2圧力センサで検出される供給圧と、前記再生弁の開度とに基づいて前記再生弁の下流圧を推定する、請求項4に記載の液圧駆動システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記液圧アクチュエータからの排出流量に対する再生流量の比率である再生比率を前記液圧アクチュエータの負荷状態に応じて設定し、前記再生比率に応じて前記再生弁の開口を制御する、請求項2乃至4の何れか1つに記載の液圧駆動システム。
