Abstract
Description
本稿で使用される用語「物品」は、製品、パッケージ、ラベル、又はこれらのいずれかの構成要素若しくは部分的に形成された部分を指す。流動性製品の場合、物品は、容器及び/又はその内容物を含んでもよい。物品が複数ある場合は、第1物品、第2物品、第3物品、等と称してもよい。
現場混合方法その他混合方法により実現される混合の度合いは、非均質混合液体製品のデジタル画像を用いて微妙な不整についての包括的評価を実行する、デジタル画像処理方法及び装置で判定できる。これは、PCT特許出願中国特許出願第2017/087539号(P&G Case AA 1232F)に記載されている。方法は次の工程を含む。
工程1。解析対象のデジタル画像から背景領域を除外して関心領域を抽出する。具体的には、デジタル画像が液体混合物で部分的に満たされた透明又は半透明のボトルの画像である場合、液体混合物を含む部分のみを抽出すべきであり、ボトルの外側の背景領域及び液体混合物を含まないボトルの部分を除外する必要がある。
工程2。抽出された関心領域にスケールスペース分析を実行して、関心点(即ち局所極大又は極小をそれぞれ示す極値)を検出する。そして、各関心点に、少なくとも強度値と、大きさ、又は規模を提供する。液体混合物の場合、任意の当該関心点の内、十分に高い強度、さらに/あるいは十分な大きさを持つものは全て、大きな局所的不整を示す。これは即ち混合不良を示すものである。したがって、強度及び/又は規模が最小閾値を越えるような極値を選択することで、混合不良を示す、大きな局所的不整を伴う領域が効果的に検出できる。
工程3。このように検出された局所的不整全ての貢献度を合計して、総合不整得点を計算する。液体混合物の場合、このような総合不整得点は、液体混合物の色や輝度のばらつきに左右されない、混合の良し悪しを測る、単一の定量的測定値となる。この単一の定量的測定値により、様々な色と、大幅に変動する輝度条件下で、液体混合物全体で客観的比較が可能となるのである。
Claims (12)
- 大量生産された製品と共にカスタマイズされた製品を製造するためのシステムであって、前記システムが
一次搬送路と、少なくとも1つの二次搬送路とを備える自動トラックシステムであって、一次経路は、閉ループの形態であり、前記1次搬送路は、少なくとも2つの異なる部位間を相互接続構成によって選択可能となるように構成され、該自動トラックシステムと、
それぞれが製品製造、及び/又は製品の流通準備用の処理における動作を実行可能な、前記トラックシステムに沿って配置された複数の単位動作ステーションと、
前記トラックシステムに沿って推進可能な複数の運搬手段であって、少なくとも
第1物品を運ぶ第1運搬手段と、
第2物品を運ぶ第2運搬手段とを含む複数の運搬手段とを備え、
前記単位動作ステーションの内の少なくとも1つに、前記第1及び第2物品をそれぞれ搭載した前記第1及び第2運搬手段を送るように、前記第1及び第2運搬手段を、前記トラックシステムに沿って独立してルーティング可能であり、
乗物が前記一次経路から少なくとも1つの二次経路に出るために、前記一次経路には入口及び出口部分が設けられ、
前記第1物品及び前記第2物品が、
前記第1物品がカスタマイズ製品を形成するようにルーティング可能で、
前記第2物品が一連の大量生産製品の一部を形成するように、前記第1物品から独立してルーティング可能となるように、ルーティング制御の制御下でルーティングが可能であり、
前記ルーティング制御は、各運搬手段の位置座標に基づいて、前記相互接続構成を有する前記自動トラックシステム上で前記各運搬手段を移動可能にすることを特徴とするシステム。 - 大量生産された流動性製品と共にカスタマイズされた流動性製品を製造するためのシステムであって、
前記単位動作ステーションの内の少なくとも2つが、充填単位動作ステーションを含み、
前記第1物品は第1の空の容器を含み、かつ、前記第2物品は第2の空の容器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 大量生産された製品と共にカスタマイズされた組立製品を製造するためのシステムであって、前記単位動作ステーションの少なくとも一部が、製品の組み立てにおける工程を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記トラックシステムが、リニア同期モータシステムであって、前記運搬手段は磁石を備え、前記運搬手段が電磁力により、前記トラックシステムに沿って推進可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記一次搬送路は、閉ループを形成する前記一次経路を形成する一次運搬部であり、
前記二次搬送路は、前記一次運搬部から延在し、入口位置及び出口位置で前記一次経路に交わる前記二次経路を画定する二次運搬部であり、
前記二次運搬部は少なくとも1つの単位搬送区画を備え、
前記単位動作ステーションの1つが、前記少なくとも1つの単位搬送区画に沿って配置され、
前記第1及び第2物品を搭載した前記第1及び第2運搬手段が、物品輸送運搬手段を含み、前記一次経路が、前記物品輸送運搬手段を少なくとも1つ、保持するパターンで移動可能とするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。 - カスタマイズ製品の注文を受け付け、運搬手段を単位動作ステーションにルーティングして、前記注文されたカスタマイズ製品を製造するように、前記トラックシステムと通信する制御システムをさらに備え、前記制御システムは、電子メール、ホームページ、スマートフォンアプリ、手動入力、製造要求ソフトの手段の内の1つ以上により、注文を受け付けるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- カスタマイズ製品の注文を受け付け、運搬手段を単位動作ステーションにルーティングして、前記注文されたカスタマイズ製品を製造するように、前記トラックシステムと通信する制御システムをさらに備え、前記制御システムが、
a.以下の1つ以上と組み合わせた、製品のサイズと数量、
b.製品のバージョン、
c.SKU番号、
d.製品、容器、又はパッケージに対する装飾、
e.前記製品、容器、又はパッケージに載せることができる名前、
f.製品、容器、又はパッケージの色、
g.処方、
h.香り、
i.容器種類、
j.容器形状、及び
k.容器蓋種類の内の1つ以上を選択可能な、選択リストから、ユーザが製品リクエストを行うことを可能とするよう構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。 - パーソナライズ製品用の注文を受け付け、前記注文されたパーソナライズ製品製造用に、運搬手段を単位動作ステーションにルーティングするように、前記トラックシステムと通信する制御システムをさらに備え、前記制御システムが、
a.前記製品に添加される添加剤であって、前記添加剤(複数可)の重量パーセントを顧客又は消費者が、0%から100%未満の範囲で規定可能な添加剤、
b.全色域の任意の組み合わせから選択される製品又はその一部の色、
c.任意の所望の量及び組み合わせで混合された香りから選択される製品の香り、
d.顧客又は消費者により提供された装飾を施すこと、
e.前記物品又はラベルに顧客又は消費者による文字を加えることの内の、1つ以上が選択可能である、多数の可能なオプションから製品をリクエストすることをユーザに可能とするよう構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2又は7に記載のシステム。 - 同一のシステム上で、大量生産製品と共にカスタマイズ製品を製造するための方法であって、前記方法が、
(a)請求項1に記載のシステムを設ける工程と、
(b)前記第1運搬手段に第1物品を搭載して、第1物品輸送運搬手段を形成する工程と、
(c)前記第2運搬手段に第2物品を搭載して、第2物品輸送運搬手段を形成する工程と、
(d)前記第1物品輸送運搬手段を、カスタマイズ製品製造、及び/又はカスタマイズ製品の流通準備用の処理における動作を実行するように構成された第1単位動作ステーションに送る工程と、
(e)前記第2物品輸送運搬手段を、大量生産製品製造、及び/又は一連の大量生産製品の流通準備用の処理における動作を実行するように構成された第2単位動作ステーションに送る工程と、
(f)カスタマイズ製品及び大量生産製品を製造する、並びに/又はカスタマイズ製品及び大量生産製品を流通用に準備する処理における動作を同時に実行する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - カスタマイズ製品用の注文を受け付け、前記注文されたカスタマイズ製品を製造するために、運搬手段を単位動作ステーションにルーティングするように、前記トラックシステムと通信する注文システムと制御システムとをさらに備え、前記大量生産製品は前記大量生産製品が注文される前に製造され、前記カスタマイズ製品は前記カスタマイズ製品の注文がされてから製造されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 大量生産された流動性製品と共にカスタマイズされた流動性製品を製造するための方法であって、
前記単位動作ステーションの内の少なくとも2つが、充填単位動作ステーションを含み、
前記第1物品は第1の空の容器を含み、かつ、前記第2物品は第2の空の容器を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 大量生産製品と共にカスタマイズされた組立製品を製造するための方法であって、前記単位動作ステーションの少なくとも一部が、製品の組み立てにおける工程を実行することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
