Abstract
Description
(1) 山部と谷部が上下交互に複数形成された波型部材よりなり、前記山部の頂部に紫外線又は可視光の光が通過する光通過穴が貫通して形成され、表面に光触媒が担持された光触媒フィルタと、前記光触媒フィルタの上下面を覆う筐体であって、前記光触媒フィルタの山部および谷部が延びている横方向の両端部に対応する位置に、流体の流入口又は流出口となる開口部を有する筐体と、該筐体の光触媒フィルタ上面を覆う上側内壁に設けられ、前記光触媒フィルタ上面に向けて紫外線又は可視光の光を照射する光照射部とを備え、前記上側内壁の前記横方向の両端部は、光触媒フィルタの同方向の両端部の上面側に当接して光触媒フィルタを支持するとともに前記開口部の上側縁部を構成し、前記上側内壁の前記横方向の中央部は、光触媒フィルタの同方向の中央部上面から上方に所定距離だけ離間した位置に設定され、前記上側内壁の前記両端部と中央部との間の領域は、該両端部の側から中央部の側に向けて次第に光触媒フィルタ上面から上方に離間した位置となる傾斜部とされ、前記筐体の光触媒フィルタ下面を覆う下側内壁は、光触媒フィルタの下面側に当接して光触媒フィルタを支持するとともに前記開口部の下側縁部を構成する壁とされ、前記光照射部は、前記上側内壁の前記中央部の下面側に設けられている、光触媒装置。

Claims (4)
- 山部と谷部が上下交互に複数形成された波型部材よりなり、前記山部の頂部に紫外線又は可視光の光が通過する光通過穴が貫通して形成され、表面に光触媒が担持された光触媒フィルタと、
前記光触媒フィルタの上下面を覆う筐体であって、前記光触媒フィルタの山部および谷部が延びている横方向の両端部に対応する位置に、流体の流入口又は流出口となる開口部を有する筐体と、
該筐体の光触媒フィルタ上面を覆う上側内壁に設けられ、前記光触媒フィルタ上面に向けて紫外線又は可視光の光を照射する光照射部とを備え、
前記上側内壁の前記横方向の両端部は、光触媒フィルタの同方向の両端部の上面側に当接して光触媒フィルタを支持するとともに前記開口部の上側縁部を構成し、
前記上側内壁の前記横方向の中央部は、光触媒フィルタの同方向の中央部上面から上方に所定距離だけ離間した位置に設定され、
前記上側内壁の前記両端部と中央部との間の領域は、該両端部の側から中央部の側に向けて次第に光触媒フィルタ上面から上方に離間した位置となる傾斜部とされ、
前記筐体の光触媒フィルタ下面を覆う下側内壁は、光触媒フィルタの下面側に当接して光触媒フィルタを支持するとともに前記開口部の下側縁部を構成する壁とされ、
前記光照射部は、前記上側内壁の前記中央部の下面側に設けられている、
光触媒装置。 - 前記上側内壁の前記傾斜部の下面に、前記光を反射する反射面が形成されている請求項1記載の光触媒装置。
- 前記光照射部として、前記上側内壁の中央部の下面側に、前記横方向と直交する縦方向であって山部および谷部が並ぶ方向に所定間隔をあけて、複数の光源を設けてなる請求項1又は2記載の光触媒装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の前記光触媒装置を一ユニットとして、これを複数内蔵し、該内蔵した複数のユニットに流体を流通させるように構成した流体清浄化装置。
