Description
形状の自由度が低く、衝撃等で割れないようにデリケートに扱う必要があり、特許文献2に記載のフィルタもエッチング処理に費用が嵩み、いずれも生産コスト低減に限界があるという問題もある。

Claims (7)
- 列状の山部と谷部が交互に複数形成された金属板本体の前記山部と谷部の一方又は双方に、流体を通過させるための列方向に延びる貫通溝を有し、
該貫通溝の開口縁部に、当該山部又は谷部の凸面側に起立する起立片を有し、
前記起立片が、前記山部と前記谷部とを連結している中間壁部に対して略面一に突出しており、
且つ、触媒層又は吸着層が表面に形成されている金属フィルタ。 - 前記起立片が、前記貫通溝を臨み互いに対向して列方向に延びる一対の開口縁部の双方にそれぞれ設けられている請求項1記載の金属フィルタ。
- 前記開口縁部の双方に設けられる起立片が、各開口縁部のほぼ全長にわたって延びる長片である請求項2記載の金属フィルタ。
- 前記開口縁部の双方に設けられる起立片の高さ寸法が、当該貫通溝の列方向に直交する幅方向の寸法の略半分の寸法である請求項2又は3記載の金属フィルタ。
- 前記起立片が、切り起こし片である請求項4記載の金属フィルタ。
- 前記山部又は谷部に、前記貫通溝が列方向に間隔をおいて複数設けられている請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の金属フィルタ。
- 請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の金属フィルタの製造方法であって、
前記山部と谷部よりなる凹凸形状をプレス加工により形成する際に、同時に、打ち抜きによる切り起こし加工により前記起立片を形成し、これにより前記貫通溝も形成される金属フィルタの製造方法。
