Claims (8)
- 燃焼室を有するエンジンと、
前記燃焼室に供給される空気が流れる吸気通路と、
前記燃焼室から発生した排気ガスが流れる排気通路と、
前記燃焼室に向けて燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記吸気通路に配設され、前記燃焼室に供給される前記空気の流量を制御する第1スロットルバルブと、
前記燃料を改質して水素を含有した改質ガスを生成する改質部と、
前記改質部に供給される前記空気が流れるガス供給流路と、
前記改質部に前記燃料を供給する燃料供給部と、
前記ガス供給流路に配設され、前記改質部に供給される前記空気の流量を制御する第2スロットルバルブと、
前記改質部により生成された前記改質ガスが前記燃焼室に向かって流れる改質ガス流路と、
前記改質部をバイパスするように前記ガス供給流路に一端が接続され、前記改質部をすり抜けた前記燃料を前記改質部の上流側に循環させるバイパス流路と、
前記改質部をすり抜けた前記燃料を前記バイパス流路に流さない通常位置と前記改質部をすり抜けた前記燃料を前記バイパス流路に流す循環位置とを切り換える切換バルブと、
前記燃料噴射弁、前記第1スロットルバルブ、前記燃料供給部、前記第2スロットルバルブ及び前記切換バルブを制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記切換バルブを前記循環位置に切り換えた状態で、前記改質部に前記燃料及び前記空気を供給するように前記燃料供給部及び前記第2スロットルバルブを制御する第1制御処理を実行した後、前記切換バルブを前記循環位置から前記通常位置に切り換えるように制御すると共に、前記燃焼室に前記空気及び前記燃料を供給するように前記第1スロットルバルブ及び前記燃料噴射弁を制御する第2制御処理を実行するエンジンシステム。 - 前記バイパス流路の一端は、前記ガス供給流路に接続され、
前記バイパス流路の他端は、前記排気通路に接続されており、
前記切換バルブは、前記排気通路に配設されており、
前記通常位置は、前記排気通路を開くと共に前記バイパス流路を閉じる位置であり、
前記循環位置は、前記排気通路を閉じると共に前記バイパス流路を開く位置であり、
前記制御部は、前記第1制御処理を実行するときは、前記エンジンをクランキングさせるように制御する請求項1記載のエンジンシステム。 - 前記改質部の温度を検出する温度検出部を更に備え、
前記改質部は、前記燃料を水素に分解する改質触媒を有し、
前記制御部は、前記第1制御処理を実行するときは、前記改質部に前記燃料を供給するように前記燃料供給部を制御し、その後前記温度検出部により検出された前記改質部の温度が予め定められた第1規定温度以上になると、前記改質部に前記燃料及び前記空気を供給するように前記燃料供給部及び前記第2スロットルバルブを制御する請求項2記載のエンジンシステム。 - 前記制御部は、前記第2制御処理を実行するときは、前記温度検出部により検出された前記改質部の温度が前記第1規定温度よりも高い第2規定温度以上になると、前記切換バルブを前記循環位置から前記通常位置に切り換えるように制御すると共に、前記燃焼室に前記空気及び前記燃料を供給するように前記第1スロットルバルブ及び前記燃料噴射弁を制御する請求項3記載のエンジンシステム。
- 前記バイパス流路の一端は、前記ガス供給流路に接続され、
前記バイパス流路の他端は、前記改質ガス流路に接続されており、
前記切換バルブは、前記改質ガス流路に配設されており、
前記通常位置は、前記改質ガス流路を開くと共に前記バイパス流路を閉じる位置であり、
前記循環位置は、前記改質ガス流路を閉じると共に前記バイパス流路を開く位置であり、
前記バイパス流路には、前記改質部をすり抜けた前記燃料を吸引するポンプが配設されている請求項1記載のエンジンシステム。 - 前記改質部の温度を検出する温度検出部を更に備え、
前記改質部は、前記燃料を水素に分解する改質触媒を有し、
前記制御部は、前記第1制御処理を実行するときは、前記改質部に前記燃料を供給するように前記燃料供給部を制御し、その後前記温度検出部により検出された前記改質部の温度が予め定められた第1規定温度以上になると、前記改質部に前記燃料及び前記空気を供給するように前記燃料供給部及び前記第2スロットルバルブを制御する請求項5記載のエンジンシステム。 - 前記制御部は、前記第2制御処理を実行するときは、前記温度検出部により検出された前記改質部の温度が前記第1規定温度よりも高い第2規定温度以上になると、前記切換バルブを前記循環位置から前記通常位置に切り換えるように制御すると共に、前記燃焼室に前記空気及び前記燃料を供給するように前記第1スロットルバルブ及び前記燃料噴射弁を制御する請求項6記載のエンジンシステム。
- 前記エンジンは、前記燃料としてアンモニアを使用するアンモニアエンジンである請求項1〜7の何れか一項記載のエンジンシステム。
