Abstract
Description
グラファイト電極スラリーはCMC又はPAAを2%、SBRを5%、PVDFを3%、カーボンブラックを2%及びグラファイトを88%含んでなることができる。上記成分は水溶液中のスラリーと混合することができる。前記水溶液は脱イオン水でよい。安定な分散液中にPVDFを維持するためにラテックスを前記溶液に添加してもよい。使用された材料は市販のものである。他の材料は使用しない。水分量は、活性材料、バインダー及び他の導電性の材料、並びにスラリー中で使用されたそれらの濃度に依存する。
実施例2−カソード電極スラリー
それにもかかわらず、Li-NCO電極はNMP、水、アセトン、DMAC又は他の有機溶媒を使用することにより調製できる。
Claims (14)
- (リチウムイオンを含有する)電気化学セル用の電極の製造用のスラリーであって、ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、スチレン―ブタジエンゴム(SBR)及びポリビニリデンフルオリド(PVDF)のうちの少なくとも三つの組み合わせを含む水溶液とともに、電気化学的に活性化可能な化合物を含んでなるスラリー。
- ポリビニリデンフルオリド(PVDF)、及び、ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)のうちの少なくとの2つを含む、請求項1に記載のスラリー。
- さらに、前記水溶液中にラテックスを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のスラリー。
- ポリビニリデンフルオリド(PVDF)の分散液、及び、前記水溶液中のラテックスを含む、請求項3に記載のスラリー。
- 前記水溶液は脱イオン水を含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のスラリー。
- 前記組成に有機溶媒を含まない、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のスラリー。
- 前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、前記カルボキシメチルセルロース、前記スチレン―ブタジエンゴム及び前記ポリビニリデンフルオリドのうちの少なくとも三つのそれぞれの濃度が約0.5重量%から約10重量%である、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のスラリー。
- 前記スラリーはリチウムイオン電池の電極スラリーである、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のスラリー。
- 前記電気化学的に活性化可能な材料は、グラファイト、チタン酸塩、LMO、Li-NCA、LCO、LNCM、LFPなどのリチウム金属酸化物及び他の金属酸化物又は当業者に公知の他の材料、並びにそれらの混合物のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでなる、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のスラリー。
- ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、スチレン―ブタジエンゴム(SBR)及びポリビニリデンフルオリド(PVDF)のうちの少なくとも三つの組み合わせをバインダーとして水溶液中に含んでなるスラリーを調製し、
電流コレクターに前記スラリーをコーティング又はラミネートすることを含んでなる、電気化学セルに使用する電極の製造方法。 - 前記スラリーの調製は、前記水溶液を安定化させるためにラテックスを前記水溶液中に分散することを含んでなる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- さらに、非水性電解液を添加することを含んでなる、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアクリル酸(PAA)、前記カルボキシメチルセルロース、前記スチレン―ブタジエンゴム及び前記ポリビニリデンフルオリドのうちの少なくとも三つのそれぞれの濃度が約0.5重量%から約10重量%である、請求項10乃至12の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記スラリーを乾燥することを含んでなる、請求項10乃至13の何れか1項に記載の方法。
