Abstract
Description
(A lubrication system of a power assembly of an electric scooter)に関する。 The present invention relates to the technical field of electric motorcycles, and more particularly, to an lubrication system for a power assembly of an electric scooter.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventional electric motorcycles mainly use a motor as a power source, and the vehicle travels by being transmitted to wheels by a transmission device. Since the motor and the gear set of the transmission are in a high-speed rotation state, it is necessary to provide lubricity and a cooling effect by using an appropriate lubricating oil.
Since the motor and the reduction gear set are independent members or devices, it is necessary to provide lubrication and cooling effects by independent lubricating oil channels. Therefore, the flow path of the lubricating oil becomes large, and the lubricity and the cooling effect are not ideal. In addition, bubbles flow due to the flow of the lubricating oil, and if the bubbles are not removed immediately, the flowing lubricating oil mixes with the bubbles to reduce the fluidity of the lubricating oil and the cooling effect on the members.
Therefore, the present inventor considered that the above-mentioned disadvantages can be improved, and as a result of intensive studies, came to a proposal of the present invention that rationally and effectively improves the problem.
In view of such a conventional situation, an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel supply system for a power assembly member of an electric motorcycle. In other words, the lubricating oil flow path is short and has the effect of immediately removing bubbles.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an oil supply system for a power assembly member of an electric motorcycle. That is, the two gears that mesh with each other and transmit the torque directly provide lubrication and cooling effects at the meshing position, and make the torque transmission smoother.
According to the present invention for solving the above problems, a case duct corresponding to a driven gear shaft duct is formed in a case, and the driven gear shaft duct is formed inside an axial direction of the driven gear shaft. A bearing seat duct is formed in the case and connected to the driven gear bearing seat and the drive gear bearing seat, and the bearing seat duct is communicated with the driven gear shaft duct.
Therefore, the lubricating oil flows from the case duct toward the driven gear shaft duct, flows out of the driven gear shaft duct to the driven gear bearing seat, and passes through the bearing seat duct to the drive gear bearing seat. Flow toward This achieves shortening of the lubricating oil flow path and improvement in lubricity and cooling effect.
According to the present invention, it is possible to solve the drawback that the conventional lubricating oil flow path is too long, so that the cooling effect is not excellent and the air bubbles cannot be removed immediately.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. The two bearing seats have a recessed structure and each have a bottom. The bearing seat duct 60 is formed at the bottom of the base 12. In addition, the bearing seat duct 60 is located at the driven gear bearing seat 50 and the driving gear bearing seat 52 and is connected to the driven gear bearing seat 50 and the driving gear bearing seat 52.
The bearing seat duct 60 includes a slot 62 and a lid 64 (see FIG. 6). The slot 62 is formed at the bottom of the base 12, and the lid 64 is provided in the opening direction of the slot 62. Accordingly, the bearing seat duct 60 is positioned inside the case, and both ends have an opening structure communicating with the driven gear bearing seat 50 and the drive gear bearing seat 52.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a stepped flange 66 is provided at a predetermined position of the slot portion 62, and the lid 64 has a jet bore 68 penetrating therethrough. The lid 64 is mounted on the slot 62, and the jet bore 68 is positioned at a position corresponding to the stepped flange 66 or a position shifted therefrom.
Returning to FIG. 5, the present embodiment further includes a driven gear bearing seat wall surface duct 70. A portion of the driven gear bearing seat wall duct 70 is formed at the bottom of the driven gear bearing seat 50, and another portion is formed on a side wall surface of the driven gear bearing seat 50. Accordingly, one end of the driven gear bearing seat wall duct 70 is connected to one end of the bearing seat duct 60. Further, the first guide duct portion 72 is formed on a side wall surface of the driven gear bearing seat 50. One end of the first guide duct 72 is an opening for exposing the end of the driven gear bearing seat 50.
Next, the second guide duct part 74 is formed on the side wall surface of the drive gear bearing seat 52. One end of the second guide duct 74 is an opening for exposing an end of the drive gear bearing seat 54.
The bubble removing section 80 is located on the base 12 and is adjacent to the drive gear shaft seat 52. The bubble removing portion 80 protrudes from the drive gear shaft sheet 52 and has a plurality of ribs 82 in the bubble removing portion 80.
Referring to FIG. 9, a driven gear bearing 54 mounted on the driven gear bearing seat 50 is coupled to the driven gear shaft 24. A drive gear bearing 56 mounted on the drive gear bearing seat 52 is connected to the drive gear shaft 20.
The jet bore 68 corresponds to a meshing position between the drive gear 22 and the driven gear 16 (see FIG. 10).
As shown in FIG. 11, in the present invention, lubricating oil (engine oil) flows toward the driven gear shaft duct 40 via the case duct 30 based on the configuration and position of each duct. The lubricating oil flows out of the driven gear shaft duct 40, is injected into the driven gear bearing seat 50, and then flows into the bearing seat duct 60. The lubricating oil passes through the bearing seat duct 60 and is injected into the drive gear bearing seat 52. Based on the actual arrangement direction of the electric motor and the driven gear, the bubble removing unit 80 is located below the case, so that the lubricating oil flows toward the bubble removing unit 80 and the second guide duct The air enters the bubble removing unit 80 via the unit 74. Since the bubble removing unit 80 has the plurality of ribs (not shown), bubbles generated by the flow of the lubricating oil are immediately removed. Thereafter, lubricating oil is fed into the case duct 30 by an appropriate oil pump.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7, 8, 10, and 11, the lubricating oil collides with the stepped flange 66 while passing through the bearing seat duct 60, and a partial lubricating oil is discharged from the jet bore 68. The lubricating oil is ejected and acts at the meshing position between the drive gear 22 and the driven gear 16. The spouted lubricating oil is returned from the first guide duct portion 72 to the driven gear bearing seat 50.
This embodiment includes a filter kit 90. The filter kit 90 includes a filter 92 in which a pipe 94 is provided in the axial direction (see FIG. 12). The pipe 94 is inserted into the case duct 30. As a result, the cleanliness of the lubricating oil that has entered the case duct 30 is kept high.
Referring to FIG. 13, an upper lid slot 100 is formed in the case 10, and an upper lid 102 is installed in the upper lid slot 100. In addition, a third guide duct portion 104 is provided on a wall surface of the upper cover slot 100, and an upper cover duct 106 is provided inside the upper cover 102. One end of the upper cover duct 106 is aligned with the case duct 30, and the other end of the upper cover duct 106 is directed to the inside of the upper cover slot 100. The third guide duct portion 104 corresponds to the first bore 44 of the driven gear shaft 24. That is, the lubricating oil enters the upper lid duct 106 from the case duct 30. After the lubricating oil is discharged from the upper lid duct 106, it enters the axial portion 42 from the first bore 44.
As shown in FIG. 14, the lubricating oil flows through the case duct 30 to the upper lid duct 106 and is sent out, and then flows toward the driven gear shaft duct 40. After the lubricating oil flows out of the driven gear shaft duct 40, it is injected into the driven gear bearing seat 50 and flows into the bearing seat duct 60. The lubricating oil is injected into the drive gear bearing seat 52 through the bearing seat duct 60, and enters the bubble removing unit 80 via the second guide duct 74. Since the bubble removing section 80 has the plurality of ribs (not shown), bubbles generated by the flow of the lubricating oil are immediately removed. Thereafter, the lubricating oil is pumped into the case duct 30 by a pump.
As described above, since the electric motor 18 and the driven gear 16 are integrated and adjacent to each other in the same case 10, the path of the lubricating oil flow path system is shortened, and the lubricating property and the cooling effect are improved. Increase. Further, in the present embodiment, the lubricating oil is guided and injected toward the meshing portion between the drive gear 22 and the driven gear 16, so that not only the friction between the two gears is reduced, but also the two gears are used. The amount of heat generated by the relative motions of the two is also reduced.
The bubble removing portion 80 and the rib 82 immediately remove bubbles generated by the flow of the lubricating oil, thereby maintaining the preferable fluidity even during the circulation of the lubricating oil. In addition, since the lubricating oil flows toward the driving gear bearing sheet 52 and the driven gear bearing sheet 50, the driven gear bearing 54 and the driving gear bearing 56 obtain favorable lubrication and reduction effects.
