Abstract
Supply enough lubricating oil to the parts that need lubrication. The shape of the bottom surface portion 34c of the opening 34 provided in the side wall 32a of the guide passage portion 32 in the oil garter 30 is formed in an arc shape in order to supply the lubricating oil to the lubrication required portion. When the vehicle travels on an uphill road, the oil garter 30 is inclined as compared with the case where the vehicle travels on a flat road. At this time, since the bottom surface portion 34c of the opening 34 is formed in an arc shape, the displacement of the center of gravity g of the lubricating oil flowing out from the opening 34 is suppressed, and the center in the opening width direction of the lubricating oil flowing out from the opening 34 is suppressed. Can be suppressed. As a result, even when the vehicle travels uphill, the lubricating oil is reliably supplied also to the portion requiring lubrication, particularly the meshing portion of the reduction gear train R disposed on the engine side (not shown) where the amount of lubricating oil is minimized. Can do.
Description
The present invention includes an oil garter that includes a bottom wall and a pair of side walls, collects the lubricating oil scraped up by a rotating body, and supplies the collected lubricating oil to a portion requiring lubrication, and a transmission including the same About.
Conventionally, this type of oil garter has been proposed to collect the oil that has been scraped by the rotation of the gears, and supply the oil collected from the opening formed at the position corresponding to the lubrication required site to the lubrication required site (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In this oil garter, it is assumed that sufficient oil can be supplied to a portion requiring lubrication even when the vehicle is climbing up by being attached to the transmission case in a manner that is inclined to the maximum allowable climbing angle in the vehicle.
However, in the above-described oil garter, the opening formed corresponding to the lubrication-needed portion has a rectangular cross section and the bottom surface has a flat plate shape. Therefore, when the vehicle is inclined when climbing, the opening of the oil garter The bottom surface of the slab also tilts by the hill slope angle, and when oil flows out from the opening, it flows out in a state of being offset to one side with respect to the center of the opening width, and sufficient oil is supplied to the part requiring lubrication. There are cases where it cannot be done.
An object of the oil garter of the present invention is to supply sufficient lubricating oil to a site requiring lubrication.
The transmission of the present invention employs the following means in order to achieve the above-described object.
An oil garter that includes a bottom wall and a pair of side walls, collects the lubricating oil scraped up by the rotating body, and supplies the collected lubricating oil to a portion requiring lubrication,
An opening as a supply port for the lubricating oil is formed at a position corresponding to the lubrication required site on the side wall,
When the oil garter is in the second state where the oil garter is inclined with respect to the first state with respect to the center of gravity position of the lubricating oil flowing out of the opening when the oil garter is in the first state The gist is that it is formed in a shape capable of suppressing displacement of the center of gravity of the lubricating oil when flowing out of the opening.
In the oil garter according to the present invention, when the oil garter is in the second state where the oil garter is inclined with respect to the first state with respect to the position of the center of gravity of the lubricating oil flowing out from the opening when the oil garter is in the first state, Since the opening is formed in a shape that can suppress the displacement of the center of gravity of the lubricating oil when it flows out of the vehicle, even if the oil garter tilts as the vehicle travels up and down hill, it flows out of the opening It is possible to suppress the state in which the lubricating oil is shifted to one side with respect to the opening width center. As a result, sufficient lubricating oil can be supplied to the lubrication-needed portion.
In such an oil garter according to the present invention, the opening may have a curved shape portion that protrudes downward when viewed from the outflow direction in which the lubricating oil flows out from the opening. it can. Further, in the oil garter of the present invention in which the bottom surface portion has a curved shape portion that protrudes downward, the opening protrudes downward when the shape of the bottom surface portion is viewed from the outflow direction. It can also be formed into a curved shape. If it carries out like this, the shape which can suppress the displacement of the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 2nd state with respect to the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 1st state can be ensured easily. .
In the oil garter according to the present invention, the opening has a bent portion on the bottom surface that protrudes downward when viewed from the outflow direction in which the lubricating oil flows out from the opening. You can also. Further, in the oil garter according to the aspect of the present invention in which the bottom surface portion has a bent shape portion that protrudes downward, the opening protrudes downward when the shape of the bottom surface portion is viewed from the outflow direction. It can also be formed in a bent shape. If it carries out like this, the shape which can suppress the displacement of the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 2nd state with respect to the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 1st state can be ensured easily. .
In the oil garter of the present invention in which the bottom surface portion is formed in a curved shape that protrudes downward, the bottom surface portion may be formed in an arc shape. In this way, it is possible to more easily secure a shape capable of suppressing the displacement of the gravity center position of the lubricating oil flowing out from the opening in the second state relative to the gravity center position of the lubricating oil flowing out from the opening in the first state. it can. Moreover, in the oil garter of this aspect of the present invention, the bottom surface portion may be formed in an arc. If it carries out like this, the displacement of the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 2nd state with respect to the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 1st state can be suppressed more effectively.
In the oil garter of the present invention in which the bottom surface portion is formed in a bent shape that protrudes downward, the bottom surface portion is formed in a V shape, or the bottom surface portion is trapezoidal. It can also be formed. In this way, it is possible to more easily secure a shape capable of suppressing the displacement of the gravity center position of the lubricating oil flowing out from the opening in the second state relative to the gravity center position of the lubricating oil flowing out from the opening in the first state. it can.
Moreover, the oil garter of this invention WHEREIN: The said opening shall be formed as a notch which reaches from the upper end of the said side wall to the said bottom wall. In this way, when a large amount of lubricating oil flows on the oil garter, a relatively large amount of lubricating oil can flow out of the opening. As a result, sufficient lubricating oil can be supplied to the lubrication-needed portion.

Next, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated using an Example.

An oil garter that includes a bottom wall and a pair of side walls, collects the lubricating oil scraped up by the rotating body, and supplies the collected lubricating oil to a portion requiring lubrication,
An opening as a supply port for the lubricating oil is formed at a position corresponding to the gear train as the lubrication required portion on the side wall,
The opening is formed such that a width dimension when viewed from the outflow direction in which the lubricating oil flows out from the opening is substantially the same as a tooth width of the gear train, and the oil garter is in the first state. The center of gravity of the lubricating oil when flowing out from the opening when the oil garter is in a second state where the oil garter is inclined with respect to the first state with respect to the position of the center of gravity of the lubricating oil when flowing out from the opening It is formed in a shape that can suppress displacement of the position ,
The gist of the invention is that the center in the width direction of the opening is configured to substantially coincide with the center in the tooth width direction of the gear train when attached to the transmission case .

In the oil garter of the present invention, the width dimension of the opening when viewed from the outflow direction in which the lubricating oil flows out from the opening is substantially the same as the tooth width of the gear train as the lubrication required portion. Both are formed so that the center in the width direction of the opening substantially coincides with the center in the gear width direction of the gear train when attached to the transmission case. Therefore, when the oil garter is in the first state, Of course, the lubricating oil can be reliably supplied to the gear train even when the second state is inclined with respect to the first state.
In such an oil garter of the present invention, the guide passage portion has a shape that is bent in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide passage portion at the end opposite to the side to which the introduction portion is connected. The opening may be formed so as to open in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the guide passage portion at the end of the bent guide passage portion. Further, in the oil garter of the present invention, the opening has a curved portion that protrudes downward when viewed from the outflow direction in which the lubricating oil flows out from the opening. You can also. Further, in the oil garter of the present invention in which the bottom surface portion has a curved shape portion that protrudes downward, the opening protrudes downward when the shape of the bottom surface portion is viewed from the outflow direction. It can also be formed into a curved shape. If it carries out like this, the shape which can suppress the displacement of the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 2nd state with respect to the gravity center position of the lubricating oil which flows out from an opening in the 1st state can be ensured easily. .
In oil gutter of the present invention, the opening, when the from the opening lubricant seen from the outflow direction of the outflow, also be composed with a bent shape portion serving as a convex downward in the bottom surface portion it can.
