- 式(I)の化合物:

R4は、R11、−OR11、−SR11、および−NRR11から選択され;
R11は、C1〜C4アルキル、C3〜C6シクロアルキル、オキセタニル、テトラヒ
ドロフラニル、またはテトラヒドロピラニルであり、それらの各々は、ハロ、CN、−O
R、C1〜C3ハロアルコキシ、−NR2、ならびにN、OおよびSから選択される1個
もしくは2個のヘテロ原子を環メンバーとして含有し、ハロ、オキソ、CN、R、−OR
、および−NR2から選択される1個または2個の基で場合により置換された4〜7員の

、−NH2、−NH(C1〜C3アルキル)、−N(C1〜C3アルキル)2、およびシ
クロプロピルから選択される1から3個の基で場合により置換されたC1〜C3アルキル
から独立に選択され;
CであってもNであってもよい同じ原子に直接結合した2個のR基は、場合により一緒になって、3〜6員の環を形成することができ、その環は、追加されたN、OおよびSから選択されるヘテロ原子を環メンバーとして場合により含有することができ、−OH、オキソ、C1〜C3アルキル、およびC1〜C3アルコキシから選択される2個までの基により置換されていてもよく;
R5は、H、ハロ、CN、C1〜C3アルキル、またはC1〜C3ハロアルキルであり
;
R6は、H、ハロ、C1〜C3アルコキシ、またはC1〜C6アルキルであり;
R7は、H、ハロ、C1〜C3アルコキシ、またはC1〜C6アルキルであり;
R8は、HまたはC1〜C6アルキルであり;
R9は、R6、R7およびR8から選択される1個の基と一緒になって、3〜7員のシ
クロアルキル環、またはN、OもしくはSを環メンバーとして含有する3〜7員のヘテロ
シクリル環を形成しており;ここで、前記シクロアルキル環またはヘテロシクリル環は、
R、−OR、−NR2、ハロ、CN、COOR、CONR2、およびオキソから選択され
る3個までの基で場合により置換されており;
Wは、−COOR10、−C(O)NH−SO2R、−C(O)NH−SO2NR2、
5−テトラゾリル、または1,2,4−オキサジアゾール−3−イル−5(4H)−オン
であり;
R10は、Hであるか、またはハロ、−OR、オキソ、CN、−NR2、COOR、お
よびCONR2から選択される1個または2個の基で場合により置換されているC1〜C

前記方法が、B型肝炎ウイルスを、インビトロまたはインビボのいずれかで、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の化合物と接触させることを含む、医薬組成物。
