Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of producing a package with a label and a package with a label.
BACKGROUND Conventionally, packaging bodies such as pouches have displays such as product information such as names and raw materials. Since such a display changes with products, a label having a display is prepared for each product, and product information etc. are displayed on the package by sticking the label on the package (for example, Patent Document 1) reference).
However, when such a label gets wet, the label itself may deteriorate and the display may disappear. For this reason, what is required is to replace the label as a means for forming the above display.
On the other hand, there is also known a technique of printing by irradiating a laser beam (see, for example, Patent Document 2). For this reason, it is also considered to form the said display on a package by irradiating a laser beam. When a display is formed by laser light irradiation, it does not deteriorate with water like a label, and the display does not easily disappear.
However, the formation of a display by laser light has a problem that it takes a long time. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. That is, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a package with a display capable of shortening the time required for forming a display and a package with a display wherein the time required for forming a display is shortened.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of producing a package with a display having a display visible from the outer surface, comprising: a substrate layer; and a printing layer comprising a plurality of ink layers including at least a white ink layer. Providing a package having a first indication formed by the plurality of ink layers, and irradiating the package with a laser beam to carbonize the composition of the white ink layer, thereby the package And forming a second display on the display.
The method may further include the step of sealing the contents in the package.

The
The

It is preferable that the area of the
The
As the
As described later, the

The thickness of the

Since these lasers have the property of transmitting light through the transparent body, they can be used to suppress smoke and the like at the time of forming the second display, and can further adjust the color density, the influence on the film, and the like. .

<Laminated strength>
In the laminates according to Reference Examples 1 to 12, the laminate strength between the base material layer and the white ink layer was measured. Lamination strength is based on JIS K6854-1: 1999 using a measurement sample cut out from the laminate to a width of 15 mm, using a Tensilon tensile testing device at a tensile speed of 50 mm / min, from the base layer to the printed layer It measured by peeling in the 90 degree direction. The laminate strength was taken as the arithmetic mean of the values obtained by measuring 5 times.

<Visibility of print line>
Using the fiber laser machine (model number “LP-Z250”, manufactured by Panasonic Device SUNX Co., Ltd.) for the laminates according to Reference Examples 1 to 12, the base material was used under conditions of a scan speed of 2000 mm / min and a printing pulse cycle of 40 μs. Laser light (wavelength 1060 nm,
◎: The colored line width exceeded 0.5 mm, the printing color was dark, and the visibility was excellent.
○: The colored line width was 0.1 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less, the printing color was dark, and the visibility was good.
X: The colored line width was less than 0.1 mm, the printing color was also light, and the visibility was poor.
As shown in Table 1, the laminates according to the reference examples 10 to 12 can not obtain sufficient visibility because the print density is thin and the line width is thin by either of the powers of 30% and 60%. The On the other hand, in the laminates according to Reference Examples 1 to 9, a dark and clear display was formed only by irradiating a low energy laser beam with a power of 30%. In addition, since the laminate had a sufficiently high laminate strength, no floating or delamination of each layer was observed in the printed portion and its periphery. Moreover, even if it irradiated the laser beam of
