Claims (6)
- 複数の方向性気孔を有するポーラス構造体の製造方法において、
配列された複数の棒状部材のそれぞれの周囲の空間を無機材料の溶湯で充たし、この溶湯を凝固させることによって、前記棒状部材と前記棒状部材のそれぞれが内部に入った複数の孔が形成された前記無機材料の構造体部とを有する製造中間体を得る中間体作製工程と、
前記製造中間体に塑性加工を施す塑性加工工程と、
前記塑性加工工程を経た前記製造中間体から前記棒状部材を除去する除去工程と
を有することを特徴とするポーラス構造体の製造方法。 - 前記塑性加工工程は、ECAE法によって前記製造中間体ワークにせん断変形を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポーラス構造体の製造方法。
- 前記溶湯として固液共存状態のセミソリッドスラリーを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のポーラス構造体の製造方法。
- 前記棒状部材は、炭素、ガラスまたはアルミナのいずれかで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のポーラス構造体の製造方法。
- 複数の方向性気孔を有するポーラス構造体の製造中間体において、
無機材料で形成された構造体部と、
前記方向性気孔となる前記構造体本体部の各孔内に配された棒状部材と
を備えることを特徴とするポーラス構造体の製造中間体。 - 前記棒状部材は、炭素、ガラスまたはアルミナのいずれかで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポーラス構造体の製造中間体。
