Claims (5)
- 水平方向に回転自在に支持された托架部の水平軸の下端に、超音波モータの出力軸がボルトにより着脱可能に連結され、前記出力軸に回転板が固定され、該回転板の外周部に振動発生部が形成され、該振動発生部に所定の摩擦トルクT1を介して密着するステータが前記出力軸に回転可能に設けられ、前記ステータは回止めユニットにより回転が拘束され、前記振動発生部に超音波振動を発生させ、前記出力軸を回転させる様構成された測量装置。
- 前記ステータは、中間固定円板と固定円板と、前記中間固定円板と前記固定円板との間に介設された摩擦シートとを有し、前記中間固定円板と前記固定円板との間に発生する摩擦トルクT2は前記摩擦トルクT1より小さく設定された請求項1に記載の測量装置。
- 前記水平軸の下端に連結フランジが設けられ、前記出力軸の上端に出力フランジが設けられ、該出力フランジは下方から挿入した前記ボルトにより前記連結フランジに固定され、前記ステータ、前記回転板には前記ボルト挿通用の通孔が穿設された請求項1又は請求項2に記載の測量装置。
- 前記水平軸、前記出力軸の中心部にはケーブル挿通用の孔が形成され、前記出力軸の下端にはスリップリングが設けられ、該スリップリングには第1コネクタ、第2コネクタが着脱可能に設けられ、前記振動発生部に給電する第1ケーブルが前記第1コネクタに接続され、前記托架部に内蔵される電源部に接続された第2ケーブルが前記第2コネクタに接続され、前記振動発生部には前記第2ケーブル、前記第2コネクタ、前記第1コネクタ、前記第1ケーブルを介して給電される様構成された請求項1に記載の測量装置。
- 前記回止めユニットは、固定側に設けられたジョイントホルダと前記ステータに設けられた連結子とを有し、前記ジョイントホルダは金属球を圧縮スプリングによって前記連結子へ周方向に押圧させる球ホルダと、該球ホルダとの間に前記連結子を挾持し、前記ジョイントホルダ間に掛渡り傾動可能に設けられた連結ピンとを有し、前記連結子の回転方向の変位を拘束すると共に前記ジョイントホルダと前記連結子との半径方向の変位を前記連結ピンの傾動により吸収する様に構成した請求項1に記載の測量装置。
