Claims (15)
- (i)第1の回転センサ部(320)であって、
円周方向で配置された基準トラックと、
それぞれ前記基準トラックに配置されるが前記基準トラックとは電気的に絶縁され、それによって複数の導電性基準セグメント(421)がコードセグメントの間に形成される、パターン状に配置された複数の個別の導電性コードセグメント(422)とを有する表面を備える、第1の回転センサ部(320)と、
(ii)前記第1の部に対して回転するように配置された第2の回転センサ部(330)であって、
前記第1および第2の回転センサ部の間の回転位置に応じて、コードセグメントまたは基準セグメントのどちらかと接触するようにそれぞれ配置される、複数の接点構造(432)を備える、第2の回転センサ部(330)とを備え、
前記接点構造が、前記第1および第2の回転センサ部が互いに対して回転するにつれて、別のセンサセグメントに係合し接続するように構成され、作られた前記接続が、前記第1および第2の回転センサ部の間の回転位置を示し、
所与の回転位置に対して、少なくとも1つの接点構造がコードセグメントを係合し、少なくとも1つの接点構造が基準セグメントを係合する、センサアセンブリ。 - 前記第2の回転センサ部が、前記接点構造を形成する複数の一体的に形成された可撓性アームを備える金属ディスク部材(330)の形態である、請求項1に記載のセンサアセンブリ。
- 前記基準セグメントが電気的に接続されて単一の導電性構造を形成する、請求項1または2に記載のセンサアセンブリ。
- 前記基準セグメントおよび前記コードセグメントが、めっきプロセスによって前記第1の回転センサ部の表面上に形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサアセンブリ。
- 前記基準セグメント、それらの間の電気的接続、および前記コードセグメントが、めっきプロセスによって前記第1の回転センサ部上に形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つの端子(506)を備える電気コネクタ構造(500、505)と、

少なくとも1つの導電性構造(525)が、前記接触面の少なくとも一部分が自由であるようにして前記マトリックス部材にインモールドされ、
少なくとも1つのインモールドされた導電性構造(525)がインモールドされた端子に接続される、センサアセンブリ(560)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導電性構造(525)が導電性ポリマーから形成され、前記マトリックス部材(510)および前記少なくとも1つの導電性構造が二個取成形によって形成される、請求項6に記載のセンサアセンブリ。
- 導電性構造(535)と端子(506)とを接続する少なくとも1つの導電性コネクタ構造(535)をさらに備え、
少なくとも1つの導電性コネクタ構造(535)がマトリックス部材(510)にインモールドされる、請求項6または7に記載のセンサアセンブリ。 - 前記マトリックス部材が、
インモールドされた導電性構造(525)を備えた少なくとも1つのキャビティ(521)を有する第1の表面(520)と、
インモールドされた導電性コネクタ構造(535)を備えた少なくとも1つのキャビティ(531)を有する反対側の第2の表面(530)であって、前記導電性構造および前記導電性コネクタ構造が、前記マトリックス部材に形成された開口部(522)を通して互いに接続され、前記導電性コネクタ構造が端子に接続される、第2の表面(530)とを備える、請求項8に記載のセンサアセンブリ。 - 前記電気コネクタ構造が可撓性PCB構造(500)である、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載のセンサアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも2つの表面を備える、回転軸に対応して回転するように適合された回転センサ部材(600、650)であって、
第1の表面(601、661)が、円周方向のパターンで配置された複数の個別の導電性エンコーダセンサセグメント(611、652)を有するコードトラックを備え、
第2の表面(602、603、665)が、(i)接地トラック、または(ii)第2の円周方向のパターンで配置された第2の複数の個別の導電性エンコーダセンサセグメント(656)を有する第2のコードトラックの形態の、さらなる円周方向のトラックを備える、回転センサ部材。 - 軸方向にオフセットされ、前記回転軸に対して垂直に配置された、少なくとも2つの表面(601、602;661、662、664)を備える、請求項11に記載の回転センサ部材。
- 少なくとも1つの全体的に円筒状の表面(603;663、665)を備え、前記全体的に円筒状の表面がそれぞれ、2つ以上の全体的に円筒状の表面が設けられる場合、前記回転軸に対して径方向でオフセットされて配置される、請求項11または12に記載の回転センサ部材。
- 少なくとも3つの表面と、(i)(さらなる)接地トラック、または(ii)さらなるコードトラックの形態の、少なくとも1つのさらなる円周方向トラックとを備える、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の回転センサ部材。
- 複数のスイッチ接点構造をさらに備え、各スイッチ接点構造が、円周方向のパターンまたは円周方向のトラックと摺動回転係合するように配置される、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の回転センサ部材を備える、センサアセンブリ。
