Description
・大きな負荷経路の継ぎ目を縫う必要がなく、これは軽量靴に特に重要である。
・ミッドソールをなくして靴の片側から他側へ連続する構造を与えることが可能であり、ローワーが靴の移動負荷の下側に構造部を有していなければならないという要件を排除する。これにより、設計の切離し、アッパーおよびローワーの一体化が可能になるため、衝撃吸収、効率的な筋力移動、衝撃吸収および減衰についてローワーをより最適化することができ、ローワーをより軽量に作ることができる。
・工夫された伸張、通気性、負荷伝達、生体測定の組込み、および損傷から保護するための足首支持等について、靴モノコックの精巧な工夫された設計が可能になる。
・費用および労力削減のため、靴の自動製造が可能になる。
・靴アッパーの精巧な工夫された設計が可能になり、一体製造プロセスにより、複数のモデル年度および靴プラットフォームにわたる投資を償却することができる。
・設計自由度により、靴設計および製造プロセスになった工夫の利点を保持しつつ、モノコックをいくつかの異なるスタイルの靴で使用することができる。
Claims (31)
- 少なくとも1つの一方向テープを備える補強要素と、
前記一方向テープ内に配置されたモノフィラメントとを備え、
前記モノフィラメントのすべてが前記テープ内の所定の方向に位置し、
前記モノフィラメントが40ミクロン未満の直径を有し、
個々のモノフィラメントが隣接するモノフィラメントに当接し、または隣接する強化モノフィラメント群のうちの個々のモノフィラメント間の間隔が、非当接モノフィラメント間の範囲内の、モノフィラメント外径の最大50倍の間隙距離以内であることを特徴とする積層体。 - 請求項1に記載の積層体であって、前記モノフィラメントが、被覆され接着樹脂に埋め込まれたモノフィラメントに押し出され、引き出され、または変換されることを特徴とする積層体。
