Abstract

本發明之貼合輔助治具包含有一個基座與一個樞設於基座之壓板。基座具有一個容槽,壓板具有一個對位槽,當打開壓板時,壓板脫離基座之容槽,此時可將第一複合材放入容槽內,當蓋上壓板時,壓板位於容槽內且讓對位槽跟容槽相連通,一方面利用壓板壓住第一複合材,另一方面可將至少一個中間發泡材放入對位槽內進行對位及和第一複合材進行貼合,當再次打開壓板時,即可將第二複合材放入容槽內和中間發泡材進行貼合。藉此,本發明之貼合輔助治具能夠幫助使用者快速地完成多層複合材料的貼合。另外,本發明更提供前述貼合輔助治具之使用方法。

Description

用於多層複合材料之貼合輔助治具及其使用方法
本發明與多層複合材料之貼合技術有關,特別是指一種用於多層複合材料之貼合輔助治具,以及該貼合輔助治具之使用方法。
對於使用在鞋子的多層複合材料而言,傳統作法是以縫紉方式將中間材(例如紙板)包覆在二個面材(例如發泡體)之間,然後再進行後續的加工處理。但是前述方式過於費時,造成加工效率不佳,若是改用黏著方式進行固定,在對位上容易出現偏差,導致成品的良率會受到影響。因此,傳統用來製造多層複合材料的方式尚有改善的空間。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種用於多層複合材料之貼合輔助治具,其能夠幫助使用者快速地完成多層複合材料的貼合,以提升加工效率。
為了達成上述主要目的,本發明之貼合輔助治具包含有一個基座及一個壓板。該基座之頂面具有一個用來容納待貼合材料之容槽;該壓板具有一個用來提供對位效果之對位槽,該壓板以其後側邊樞設於該基座之頂面,使得該壓板能相對該基座上下樞轉,當該壓板位於該開啟位置時,該壓板脫離該 基座之容槽,當該壓板位於蓋合位置時,該壓板位於該基座之容槽內,且該壓板之對位槽連通該基座之容槽。
由上述可知,本發明之貼合輔助治具在使用時先打開該壓板,接著將一個第一層複合材料放入該容槽內,然後蓋上該壓板,之後再根據實際需要將至少一個發泡材料放入該對位槽內進行對位並與該第一層複合材料進行貼合,接著打開該壓板,再將一個第二層複合材料放入該容槽內與該發泡材料進行貼合,如此即得到一個多層複合材料。換言之,本發明利用該基座與該壓板的簡單結構組合,可幫助使用者快速地完成該多層複合材料的貼合,以提升加工效率。
較佳地,該容槽之輪廓與該壓板之輪廓相互對應配合,使該壓板在該蓋合位置時能確實壓住該第一層複合材料之邊緣。
較佳地,該貼合輔助治具更包含有一根凸桿,該凸桿鄰設於該壓板之前側邊且以其一端固定於該壓板之頂面。當該壓板位於該蓋合位置時,藉由拉動該凸桿,即可輕易地將該壓板打開至該開啟位置。
較佳地,該基座更具有一個第一定位凸部,該第一定位凸部設於該容槽之內周緣,用以供該第一層複合材料及該第三層複合材料進行定位。
較佳地,該壓板更具有一個第二定位凸部,該第二定位凸部設於該對位槽之槽壁,用以供該發泡材料進行定位。
另外,本發明之次一目的在於提供一種前述貼合輔助治具之使用方法,其操作容易且能提升加工效率。
為了達成上述次一目的,本發明之貼合輔助治具的使用方法包含有下列步驟:a)分別對一個第一複合材之頂面、一個中間發泡材之頂底二面及一 個第二複合材之底面進行上膠;b)將該壓板打開至該開啟位置,並將該第一複合材以頂面朝上的方式放入該基座之容槽內;c)將該壓板蓋合至該蓋合位置,使該壓板壓住該第一複合材之邊緣;d)將該中間發泡材放入該壓板之對位槽內,使該中間發泡材之底面黏合於該第一複合材之頂面;e)將該壓板打開至該開啟位置,並將該第二複合材放入該基座之容槽內,使該第二複合材之底面黏合於該中間發泡材之頂面,即得到一個多層複合材料;以及f)將該多層複合材料從該基座之容槽取出。
由上述使用方法可知,本發明讓使用者可以快速且方便地完成該多層複合材料的貼合,使加工效率能有所提升。
較佳地,在步驟a)中,分別對一個第一中間發泡材之頂底二面及一個第二中間發泡材之頂底二面進行上膠;在步驟d)中,先將該第一中間發泡材放入該壓板之對位槽內,使該第一中間發泡材之底面黏合於該第一複合材之頂面,再將該第二中間發泡材放入該壓板之對位槽內,使該第二中間發泡材之底面黏合於該第一複合材之頂面及該第一中間發泡材之頂面;在步驟e)中,該第二複合材之底面黏合於該第二中間發泡材之頂面。
較佳地,在步驟d)中,該第一中間發泡材之後側邊及左右二端分別抵靠於該對位槽之後半部,該第二中間發泡材之前側邊及左右二端分別抵靠於該對位槽之前半部。藉此,該壓板透過該對位槽對該第一中間發泡材及該第二中間發泡材提供對位效果。
較佳地,該基座更具有一個第一定位凸部,該第一定位凸部設於該容槽之內周緣,該第一複合材之外周緣具有一個第一定位凹部,該第二複合材之外周緣具有一個第二定位凹部;在步驟b)中,該第一複合材之第一定位凹部 卡合於該基座之第一定位凸部,使該第一複合材在放入該容槽內後完成定位;在步驟e)中,該第二複合材之第二定位凹部卡合於該基座之第一定位凸部,使該第二複合材在放入該容槽內後完成定位。
較佳地,該壓板更具有一個第二定位凸部,該第二定位凸部設於該對位槽之槽壁,該第二中間發泡材之外周緣具有一個第三定位凹部;在步驟d)中,該第二中間發泡材之第三定位凹部卡合於該壓板之第二定位凸部,使該第二中間發泡材在放入該對位槽內後完成定位。

申請人首先在此說明,於整篇說明書中,包括以下介紹的實施例以及申請專利範圍的請求項中,有關方向性的名詞皆以圖式中的方向為基準。其次,在以下將要介紹之實施例以及圖式中,相同之元件標號,代表相同或近似之元件或其結構特徵。
請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明之貼合輔助治具10可由(但不限於)壓克力材料所製成,其包含有一個基座20及一個壓板30。
基座20呈矩形體。基座20之頂面22具有一個用來容納待貼合材料之容槽24,容槽24可以根據實際需要(例如待貼合材料的形狀)而設計成不同的形狀,並不以圖1當中所繪製的態樣為限。此外,基座20更具有多個第一定位凸部26(實際上只要至少一個即可),該等第一定位凸部26以兩兩成對的方式設於容槽24之內周緣。
壓板30之輪廓與容槽24之輪廓相互對應配合。壓板30之後側邊利用二個鉸鏈36樞設於基座20之頂面22,使得壓板30能於如圖1所示之開啟位置P1及如圖2所示的蓋合位置P2之間相對基座20上下樞轉,當壓板30位於開啟位置P1時,壓板30脫離基座20之容槽24,當壓板30位於蓋合位置P2時,壓板30位於基座20之容槽24內。此外,壓板30具有一個貫穿頂底二面之對位槽32,當壓板30位於蓋合位置P2時,壓板30之對位槽32與基座20之容槽24相互連通。此外,在本實施例中,如圖3所示,對位槽32區分成一個前半部322及一個後半部324,其中在前半部322一體地凸伸出多個以兩兩成對的方式設置之第二定位凸部38(實際上只要至少一個即可),然而實際上,對位槽32可以根據實際需要(例如待貼合材料的形狀)而設計成不同的形狀,並不以圖3當中所繪製的態樣為限。
再如圖2所示,本發明更提供一根凸桿34,凸桿34鄰設於壓板30之前側邊且以其一端固定於壓板30之頂面,當壓板30位於蓋合位置P2時,藉由施力拉動凸桿34,即可輕易地將壓板30從蓋合位置P2打開至開啟位置P1。
以上為本發明之貼合輔助治具10的結構特徵,以下將進一步說明本發明之貼合輔助治具10的使用方法,如圖4A及圖4B所示,本發明之貼合輔助治具10的使用方法包含有下列步驟:
a)分別對一個第一複合材42之頂面、至少一個中間發泡材之頂底二面及一個第二複合材48之底面進行上膠。
在本實施例中,中間發泡材的數量為二個,分別為第一中間發泡材44及第二中間發泡材46,然而實際上,中間發泡材的數量可以根據實際需要減少為一個或是增加為三個或三個以上,並不限定只能設置二個。
其次,第一複合材42的材質可為(但不限於)底面設有拉伸變形絲(Drawn-texturing yarn,DTY)的亞羅弗(Aerflex)發泡材料,第一中間發泡材44的材質及第二中間發泡材46的材質皆可為(但不限於)亞羅弗(Aerflex)發泡材料,第二複合材48的材質可為(但不限於)頂面設有網布的亞羅弗(Aerflex)發泡材料,然而實際上,前述材質都可以根據實際需要加以調整。此外,如圖4A所示之S1,第一複合材42、第一中間發泡材44、第二中間發泡材46及第二複合材48在上膠前已經事先裁切好特定形狀及尺寸大小,前述形狀、尺寸及大小皆可根據實際需要加以調整,並不以圖4A當中所繪製的態樣為限,在本實施例中,第一複合材42之輪廓與第二複合材48之輪廓皆與容槽24之輪廓相互對應配合,第一中間發泡材44之輪廓與對位槽32之後半部324的輪廓相互對應配合,第二中間發泡材46之輪廓則是與對位槽32之前半部322的輪廓相互對應配合。
此外,如圖4A所示之S1,第一複合材42之外周緣具有多個以兩兩成對方式設置之第一定位凹部43,且第二複合材48之外周緣具有多個以兩兩成對方式設置之第二定位凹部49,且第二中間發泡材46之外周緣具有多個以兩兩成對方式設置之第三定位凹部47。
b)將壓板30打開至開啟位置P1,並將第一複合材42放入基座20之容槽24內,使第一複合材42之頂面朝上。
如圖4A所示之S2,在此步驟中,先藉由施力拉動凸桿34將壓板30打開至開啟位置P1,由於第一複合材42已經事先裁切成和容槽24之輪廓相互對應的特定形狀,所以將第一複合材42以頂面(亦即塗有黏膠之一側面)朝上的方式放入容槽24後不會讓第一複合材42受到擠壓而變形。其次,在第一複合材42放入容槽24內後,第一複合材42之該等第一定位凹部43以一對一的方式卡合於基座20之該等第一定位凸部26,使第一複合材42完成定位。
c)將壓板30蓋合至蓋合位置P2,使壓板30壓住第一複合材42之邊緣。
如圖4A所示之S3,在此步驟中,由於壓板30之輪廓與容槽24之輪廓相互對應配合,所以將壓板30蓋上時能確實壓住第一複合材42之邊緣,使第一複合材42保持平整。然而,為了避免壓板30被塗佈在頂面的黏膠所黏住而影響後續工序,在步驟a)中可以在第一複合材42之頂面預留一部分的位置不要上膠,以利於壓板30進行壓合。
d)將中間發泡材放入壓板30之對位槽32內,使中間發泡材之底面黏合於第一複合材42之頂面。
在本實施例中,由於中間發泡材的數量為二個,所以在此步驟中係將第一發泡材44與第二發泡材46依序放入壓板30之對位槽32內。更進一步來說,先將第一中間發泡材44放入對位槽32,如圖4B所示之步驟S4,由於對位槽32之後半部324的輪廓與第一中間發泡材44之輪廓相互對應配合,所以在第一中間發泡材44放入對位槽32後,將第一中間發泡材44之後側邊及左右二端分別抵靠於對位槽32之後半部324,使第一中間發泡材44完成對位,接著再施力下壓第一中間發泡材44,使第一中間發泡材44之底面確實黏合於第一複合材42之頂面。接下來再將第二中間發泡材46放入對位槽32內,如圖4B所示之步驟S5,由於對位槽32之前半部322的輪廓與第二中間發泡材46之輪廓相互對應配合,所以在第二中間發泡材46放入對位槽32後,將第二中間發泡材46之前側邊及左右二端分別抵靠於對位槽32之前半部322,使第二中間發泡材46完成對位,接著再施力下壓第二中間發泡材46,使第二中間發泡材46之底面確實黏合於第一複合材42之頂面及第一中間發泡材44之頂面。此外,在第二中間發泡材46放入對位槽32內後,第二中間發泡材46之該等第三定位凹部47以一對一的方式卡合於壓板30之該等第二定位凸部38,使第二中間發泡材46完成定位。
e)將壓板30打開至開啟位置P1,並將第二複合材48放入基座20之容槽24內,使第二複合材48之底面黏合於中間發泡材之頂面,即得到多層複合材料40。
在此步驟中,先藉由施力拉動凸桿34將壓板30打開至開啟位置P1,接著將第二複合材48以底面(亦即塗有黏膠之一側面)朝下的方式放入基座20之容槽24內,如圖4B所示之S6,使第二複合材48之底面黏合於第二中間發泡材46之頂面,如此即得到一個多層複合材料40。由於第二複合材48已經事先裁切 成和容槽24之輪廓相互對應的特定形狀,所以將第二複合材48放入容槽24後不會受到擠壓而變形。此外,在第二複合材48放入容槽24內後,第二複合材48之該等第二定位凹部49以一對一的方式卡合於基座20之該等第一定位凸部26,使第二複合材48完成定位。
f)將多層複合材料40從基座20之容槽24取出,如圖4B所示之S7,並送入烤箱內烘乾,使黏膠固化,以利於後續工序的進行。
綜上所陳,本發明之貼合輔助治具10利用基座20與壓板30的簡單結構組合,可幫助使用者快速地完成多層複合材料40的貼合,以提升加工效率。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種用於多層複合材料之貼合輔助治具,包含有:一基座,具有一頂面、一設於該頂面之容槽及一第一定位凸部,該第一定位凸部設於該容槽之槽壁;以及一壓板,具有一貫穿頂底二面之對位槽,該壓板以其後側邊樞設於該基座之頂面,使得該壓板能在一開啟位置與一蓋合位置之間相對該基座樞轉,當該壓板位於該開啟位置時,該壓板脫離該基座之容槽,當該壓板位於該蓋合位置時,該壓板位於該基座之容槽內,且該壓板之對位槽連通該基座之容槽。
  2. 如請求項1所述之用於多層複合材料之貼合輔助治具,其中,該容槽之輪廓與該壓板之輪廓相互對應配合。
  3. 如請求項1所述之用於多層複合材料之貼合輔助治具,更包含有一凸桿,該凸桿鄰設於該壓板之前側邊且以其一端固定於該壓板之頂面。
  4. 如請求項1所述之用於多層複合材料之貼合輔助治具,其中,該壓板更具有一第二定位凸部,該第二定位凸部設於該對位槽之槽壁。
  5. 一種如請求項1所述之貼合輔助治具的使用方法,包含有下列步驟:a)分別對一第一複合材之頂面、一中間發泡材之頂底二面及一第二複合材之底面進行上膠;b)將該壓板打開至該開啟位置,並將該第一複合材放入該基座之容槽內,使該第一複合材之頂面朝上;c)將該壓板蓋合至該蓋合位置,使該壓板壓住該第一複合材的邊緣; d)將該中間發泡材放入該壓板之對位槽內,使該中間發泡材之底面黏合於該第一複合材之頂面;e)將該壓板打開至該開啟位置,並將該第二複合材放入該基座之容槽內,使該第二複合材之底面黏合於該中間發泡材之頂面,即得到一多層複合材料;以及f)將該多層複合材料從該基座之容槽取出。
  6. 如請求項5所述之貼合輔助治具的使用方法,在步驟a)中,該中間發泡材為一第一中間發泡材及一第二中間發泡材,且分別對該第一中間發泡材之頂底二面及該第二中間發泡材之頂底二面進行上膠;在步驟d)中,先將該第一中間發泡材放入該壓板之對位槽內,使該第一中間發泡材之底面黏合於該第一複合材之頂面,再將該第二中間發泡材放入該壓板之對位槽內,使該第二中間發泡材之底面黏合於該第一複合材之頂面及該第一中間發泡材之頂面;在步驟e)中,該第二複合材之底面黏合於該第二中間發泡材之頂面。
  7. 如請求項6所述之貼合輔助治具的使用方法,在步驟d)中,該第一中間發泡材之後側邊及左右二端分別抵靠於該對位槽之一後半部,該第二中間發泡材之前側邊及左右二端分別抵靠於該對位槽之一前半部。
  8. 如請求項6所述之貼合輔助治具的使用方法,其中,該壓板更具有一第二定位凸部,該第二定位凸部設於該對位槽之槽壁,該第二中間發泡材之外周緣具有一第三定位凹部;在步驟d)中,該第二中間發泡材之第三定位凹部卡合於該壓板之第二定位凸部。
  9. 如請求項5所述之貼合輔助治具的使用方法,其中,該容槽之輪廓與該壓板之輪廓相互對應配合。
  10. 如請求項5所述之貼合輔助治具的使用方法,其中,該貼合輔助治具更包含有一凸桿,該凸桿鄰設於該壓板之前側邊且以其一端固定於該壓板之頂面;在步驟b)及步驟e)中,拉動該凸桿將該壓板從該蓋合位置打開至該開啟位置。
  11. 如請求項5所述之貼合輔助治具的使用方法,其中,該基座更具有一第一定位凸部,該第一定位凸部設於該容槽之槽壁,該第一複合材之外周緣具有一第一定位凹部,該第二複合材之外周緣具有一第二定位凹部;在步驟b)中,該第一複合材之第一定位凹部卡合於該基座之第一定位凸部;在步驟f)中,該第二複合材之第二定位凹部卡合於該基座之第一定位凸部。
