Claims (13)
- ガラス板を搬送するためのロールであって、長さ方向において湾曲したプロファイルで予備成形された金属ロッドと、該ロッドの周囲を回転することができる柔軟なシースとを含み、前記シースがポリマー材料製の第1の外皮とこの第1の外皮の周囲に配置された柔軟な金属材料製の第2の外皮とを含んでおり、該第1および第2の外皮が一つのものとして回転する、ガラス板搬送ロール。
- 柔軟な金属材料が製織または編組繊維で作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロール。
- ポリマー材料がPTFEまたはポリエチレン製であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のロール。
- 第2の外皮が繊維のサックにより被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の一項に記載のロール。
- 予備成形された金属ロッドと第1の外皮との間に湿潤剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の一項に記載のロール。
- ガラス板が走行する際にそれらを挟持する成形ベッドを形成する上部ロールベッドと下部ロールベッドの間を走行するガラス板の曲げ加工装置であって、該成形ベッドがガラス板の走行方向に曲線状のプロファイルを有する経路に配置されており、該成形ベッドが請求項1〜5の一項に記載の、ロッド/シースタイプとして知られるタイプのロールを少なくとも1つ含んでいる、ガラス板の曲げ加工装置。
- シースがロールの一方の側で回転され、ロッドがロールの他方の側で固定状態に保たれていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 成形ベッドが、走行する板を一緒に挟持するため、走行する板の両側に設置されたロッド/シースタイプの少なくとも1対のロールを含むことを特徴とする、装置請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 3つの隣り合ったロール対を含み、板がこれら3つのロール対の間を通過する際に変形されるように、これら3つの対の3つの上部ロールの軸線が整列しておらず、かつこれら3つの対の3つの下部ロールの軸線が整列していないことを特徴とする、請求項6〜8の一項に記載の装置。
- ロッド/シースタイプの少なくとも1つのロールが請求項1〜5の一項に記載のロールであることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9の一項に記載の装置。
- 1つの対の2つのロール、あるいは3つの対の全てのロールが、請求項1〜5の一項に記載のロールであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 第2の外皮を介して回転が行われることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜12の一項に記載のロールまたは装置によりガラス板を曲げ加工する方法。
