Claims (54)
- 60〜90重量%の量の石膏、複合材中に実質的に均一に分布した1.5〜26重量%の量の繊維、及び0.5〜6重量%の量のレオロジー改質剤を含む複合材を含み、
前記複合材の硬化を引き起こすか又はその硬化を可能にして、硬化した複合材が形成され、
前記硬化した複合材が、防火ドアの芯材、防火ドア又は防火建築パネルに使用される耐火構成材であって、建築パネル、ドアの鏡板、ドアの芯材、ドアの横框、ドアの縦框、ドアロックブロック、ドアの縁、及びドアの中桟から選択される耐火構成材である、
耐火性複合材製品。 - レオロジー改質剤が、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HPMC)、メチルヒドロキシエチルセルロース(MHEC)、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース(HEC)又はカルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)を含む、請求項1に記載の耐火性複合材製品。

前記耐火性の中央の鏡板の前記第1の側面、前記第2の側面、前記第1の端及び前記第2の端に接合した押し出し耐火性縁であって、70〜90重量%の量の石膏、前記複合材中に実質的に均一に分布した2〜10重量%の量のガラス繊維、前記複合材中に実質的に均一に分布した2〜8重量%の量のセルロース繊維、前記複合材中に実質的に均一に分布した1〜4重量%の量のポリビニルアルコール繊維、前記複合材中に実質的に均一に分布した0.3〜4重量%の量のポリプロピレン繊維、及び0.5〜6重量%の量のレオロジー改質剤を含む第2の耐火性材料でできた押し出し耐火性縁と
を含む防火ドア用の芯材。 - 第1の耐火性材料が、複合材中に実質的に均一に分布した1〜10重量%の量のバーミキュライト又は粘土をさらに含む、請求項23に記載の芯材。

を含む、請求項23に記載の芯材。 - 押し出し耐火性縁が、前記押し出し耐火性縁と耐火性の中央の鏡板とに形成された雄雌接続部分のセットを用いて前記耐火性の中央の鏡板に接合している、請求項23に記載の芯材。
