Claims (4)
- プラスチックウェブをオーバラップ溶接するホットウェッジ溶接機(1)であって、
ホットウェッジ(2)が設けられていて、該ホットウェッジ(2)は、ホットウェッジ後面(6)において始まりかつホットウェッジ前縁(5)において互いに合わさる2つのホットウェッジフラット面(15,16)を有していて、かつ前記ホットウェッジ(2)は、走行ローラ(3)によって保持された台車(4)に、前記ホットウェッジ前縁(5)が溶接時における運動方向とは逆向きになるように、方向付けられて固定されており、前記ホットウェッジ(2)は、プラスチックウェブの間におけるオーバラップ領域の溶接部分において前記プラスチックウェブに対して相対的に可動であり、これによって溶接部分を可塑化することができるようになっており、
前記ホットウェッジ(2)に前記プラスチックウェブを圧着させるための圧着装置が設けられていて、該圧着装置は2つの圧着ユニット(13,14)を有していて、両圧着ユニット(13,14)のそれぞれ1つが、前記ホットウェッジフラット面(15,16)の1つに対応配置されており、
互いに向かい合って位置している2つの圧着ローラ(8,9)が設けられていて、両圧着ローラ(8,9)の間を、可塑化された溶接部分が溶接時に通過する、ホットウェッジ溶接機において、
前記ホットウェッジ(2)は、前記両ホットウェッジフラット面(15,16)の間において前記ホットウェッジ前縁(5)及び前記ホットウェッジ後面(6)に対して平行にそれぞれ間隔をおいて延びている少なくとも1つの軸受ブシュ(19)を用いて、軸受シャフト(21)に旋回可能に、ひいてはホットウェッジ(2)の横軸を中心にして上下傾動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする、ホットウェッジ溶接機。 - 前記軸受ブシュ(19)は、前記軸受シャフト(21)に対して確定された、軸方向及び/又は半径方向の自由度を有しているので、前記ホットウェッジ(2)はその長手方向軸線を中心にして左右傾動可能であり、かつ/又は鉛直方向で前記圧着ユニット(13,14)に向かってシフト可能である、請求項1記載のホットウェッジ溶接機。
- 前記ホットウェッジ(2)は、前記軸受シャフト(21)の長手方向において軸方向で前記軸受シャフト(21)上をシフト可能である、請求項2記載のホットウェッジ溶接機。
- 前記軸受ブシュ(19)は、長孔に似た横断面形状を有し、かつ前記軸受シャフト(21)は、円形の横断面形状を有しているので、前記軸受シャフト(21)の上下において前記軸受ブシュ(19)と前記軸受シャフト(21)との間には、自由空間(24)が形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のホットウェッジ溶接機。
