优选地,在根据本发明的热楔式焊接装置中轴承衬套构造有类似长孔的横截面形状而轴承轴构造有圆形的横截面形状,其中,在轴承轴之上和之下在轴承衬套与轴承轴之间分别构造有自由空间。由于存在的自由空间,热楔可在轴承轴上相对于水平的空间方向翻倾典型地大约5度以及竖直地移动。轴承衬套或轴承轴的相应反过来的实施形式也是可能的。在任何情况中,轴承衬套或轴承轴的类似长孔的横截面形状的主延伸方向相对于在这两个压辊之间的中间平面垂直,该中间平面正交于这两个压辊的旋转点的连接线延伸。主延伸方向平行于这两个压辊的旋转点的连接线,使得水平布置的热楔在横向上能摇摆地被支承且如此压辊侧沿可向上或向下关于这两个压辊运动。热楔从水平位置的可能的角偏转通过轴承衬套和轴承轴在竖直方向上的不同直径、也就是说通过轴承衬套的横截面形状的过长(Ueberlaenge)来确定。
可理解为根据本发明的热楔式焊接装置相对已知的现有技术的优点的是,热楔被支承成使得其可围绕其横轴线实施限定的旋转且可围绕其纵轴线进行限定的翻倾以及在这两个按压单元的方向上关于在这两个压辊之间的中间平面的垂直移动。因此,热楔可在无力作用的情况下匹配底盘的变形和与此相联系的这两个压辊相对水平线的翻倾。这一方面正面影响在焊接塑料幅时的焊接质量且此外使在焊接质量良好的情况下较高的焊接速度成为可能。因此确保热楔的位置总是精确地匹配上压辊和下压辊。

具体实施方式
图1显示了用于借助于热楔2(其被固定在由滚轮3支承的底盘4处)搭接地焊接塑料幅的根据本发明的热楔式焊接装置1的一实施例。塑料幅在图1中未示出。热楔2具有热楔前棱边5和热楔后沿6并且在焊接时以热楔前棱边5与热楔式焊接装置1的运动方向12相反地取向。热楔2(其在图1中部分被热楔盖板7遮盖)以其热楔前棱边5邻近下压辊8和上压辊9布置。下压辊8牢固地与底盘4相连接。上驱动辊9支承在摇摆头10中,摇摆头10布置在夹紧臂11处,夹紧臂又与底盘4相连接。热楔式焊接装置1在热楔2附件具有用于待焊接的塑料幅到热楔2处的按压装置,其包括用于未示出的塑料幅的搭接区域的被塑化的焊接段的两个按压单元13、14。图2以放大的图示显示了热楔式焊接装置1在热楔2周围的区域,而没有在图1中部分地遮盖热楔2的热楔盖板7。
如可由图2得悉的那样,下按压单元13将未示出的下塑料幅压向下部的热楔平侧15而上按压单元14将搭接的未示出的塑料幅压向热楔2的上部的热楔平侧16。此外,热楔2具有两个热楔侧沿17,其从热楔前棱边5延伸直至热楔后沿6且在热楔2侧面将上部的热楔平侧16与下部的热楔平侧15相连接。热楔平侧15、16彼此倾斜地且正交于这两个布置在水平的空间方向上的热楔侧沿17延伸。热楔2借助于支承部18被固定在底盘4处。支承部18在热楔2的纵向上大致布置在中间。
热楔2具有两个在附图3、4中示出的彼此有间距地对齐地布置的轴承衬套19和与轴承衬套19相关联的轴承轴21,轴承轴21从与底盘4相连接的热楔悬挂部20出发。轴承轴21和轴承衬套19形成对热楔2的支承部18。热楔2可摆动地支承在轴承轴21上且可围绕其横轴线实施限定的旋转。此外,热楔2可关于其纵轴线实施限定的翻倾和关于在这两个压辊之间的中间平面的垂直移动。因此,热楔2在轴承衬套19或轴承轴21的纵向上和横向上具有相对轴承轴21限定的自由度。由于轴承衬套19在轴承轴21的纵向上的自由度且由于轴承衬套19相对于轴承轴21在轴承轴21的横向上的自由度,热楔2可轴向和径向移动地以及可径向翻倾地支承在轴承轴21上。
图3再次放大地在纵剖面图示中显示了热楔2的支承部18。热楔2被串在柱状构造的轴承轴21上且利用涨圈(Sprengring)22防止从轴承轴21松开。对此,这两个彼此相对而置的热楔侧沿17分别作为轴承衬套19具有类似长孔的凹口23。类似长孔的凹口23在热楔2处取向成使得其主延伸方向在上部的和下部的热楔平侧15、16的方向上延伸。在横向于此的方向上,如图3所示,凹口23具有匹配于柱状轴承轴21的直径的尺寸。移除将轴承衬套19相对于轴承轴21的径向自由度限制到关于在这两个压辊之间的中间平面的垂直方向上。
相应于图4(其在横截面图示中显示热楔2的支承部18),类似长孔的凹口23在这两个热楔平侧15、16的方向上构造得比柱状轴承轴21的直径更大。在轴承轴21与轴承衬套19(其由在这两个热楔侧沿17中的这两个凹口23形成)之间分别存在自由空间24,其使水平布置的热楔2能够在竖直方向上相应于自由空间24的尺寸翻倾。由此,热楔2可在纵向上和在横向上匹配于塑料幅的搭接区域的焊接段的由下压辊8和上压辊9确定的位置。由此确保热楔2总是具有相对上和下压辊8、9相同的最佳位置。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于搭接地焊接塑料幅的热楔式焊接装置(1),其带有:热楔(2),其具有在热楔后沿(6)处开始的且在热楔前棱边(5)处彼此相碰的两个热楔平侧(15,16)且以所述热楔前棱边(5)逆着在焊接时的运动方向取向地固定在由滚轮(3)支承的底盘(4)处,其中,所述热楔(2)在所述塑料幅之间的搭接区域的焊接段中能够相对于所述塑料幅运动,以使所述焊接段塑化;带有用于所述塑料幅到所述热楔(2)处的按压装置,其包括两个按压单元(13,14),其中的各个关联于所述热楔平侧(15,16)中的一个;且带有两个彼此相对而置的压辊(8,9),被塑化的焊接段在焊接时在所述压辊之间穿过,其特征在于,所述热楔(2)借助于至少一个轴承衬套(19)可摆动地且因此围绕所述热楔(2)的横轴线可倾斜地支承在轴承轴(21)上,所述轴承衬套(19)在这两个热楔平侧(15,16)之间平行于所述热楔前棱边(5)和所述热楔后沿(6)分别有间距地延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热楔式焊接装置,其特征在于,所述轴承衬套(19)具有相对所述轴承轴(21)限定的轴向的和/或径向的自由度,使得所述热楔(2)能够围绕其纵轴线翻倾并且/或者能够竖直地在所述按压单元(13,14)的方向上移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热楔式焊接装置,其特征在于,所述热楔(2)在所述轴承轴(21)的纵向上能够轴向地在所述轴承轴(21)上移动。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的热楔式焊接装置,其特征在于,所述轴承衬套(19)具有类似长孔的横截面形状而所述轴承轴(21)具有圆形的横截面形状,使得在所述轴承轴(21)之上和之下在所述轴承衬套(19)与所述轴承轴(21)之间构造有自由空间(24)。
