Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、気体と液体との間での熱および物質の少なくとも一方の交換を意図したカラム用分配トレイ(2)である。トレイは、気体通過手段(4)と、液体通過手段(6)と、液体を好ましい方向に分配する分配手段(6)とを有する。本発明はまた、熱および物質の少なくとも一方を交換するカラムと、そのカラムの使用に関する。

Claims (15)
- 気体と液体との間での熱および物質の少なくとも一方の交換を意図したカラム用分配トレイであって、
前記気体に該トレイ(2)を通過させる手段(4)と、
前記液体に該トレイ(2)を通過させる少なくとも1個のチムニー(6)と、
を有するカラムにおいて、
該トレイ(2)は、前記チムニー(6)からの前記液体を好ましい方向に分配するように該トレイの下部よりも下に突出している液体分配手段(5)をさらに有することを特徴とする、トレイ。 - 前記液体分配手段(5)は、前記液体を少なくとも1つの噴流の形態で分配する、請求項1に記載のトレイ。
- 該トレイ(2)は、構造化されている充填物(3)の上方に配置されており、
前記液体分配手段(5)は、横断平面内で、前記構造化されている充填物(3)の上部の層の複数のプレートの方向に対して実質的に垂直に向いている、
請求項1または2に記載のトレイ。 - 前記液体分配手段(5)は、ねじ留め、溶接、接着、または前記チムニー(6)への挿入によって、前記チムニー(6)に固定されている、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のトレイ。
- 前記気体通過手段は、該トレイ(2)の上部よりも上に突出しているケーシング(4)からなる、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のトレイ。
- 前記液体分配手段は、少なくとも1個の液体通過手段(7、11)を備えているパイプ(5)を有しており、
前記パイプは、該トレイ(2)に実質的に平行である、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のトレイ。 - 前記液体通過手段は、前記パイプ(5)上に配置されているオリフィス(7、11)またはチューブである、請求項6に記載のトレイ。
- 前記パイプ(5)は、前記パイプ(5)の軸線方向に揃えられている複数のオリフィス(7)またはチューブを有している、請求項7に記載のトレイ。
- 前記オリフィスは、スロット(11)の形状を有している、請求項7に記載のトレイ。
- 前記パイプ(5)は、前記チムニー(6)からの前記噴流を前記液体通過手段(7、11)に向けて分散させる分散プレート(8)を有している、請求項6ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のトレイ。
- 前記液体通過手段は、前記液体分配手段の上部に位置しており、
前記液体分配手段(5)は、前記液体を下側に送るデフレクタ(12)を前記液体通過手段の出口の位置に備えている、
請求項6に記載のトレイ。 - 前記液体分配手段(5)は、数個の前記チムニー(6)によって共有されている、請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載のトレイ。
- 気体と液体との間での熱および物質の少なくとも一方の交換を意図したカラムであって、
2つの流体が、構造化されている充填物(3)によって接触するカラムにおいて、
2つの前記流体を前記構造化されている充填物(3)上に分配する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の分配トレイ(2)を少なくとも1つ有していることを特徴とする、
カラム。 - 前記液体分配手段(5)は、横断平面内で、前記構造化されている充填物(3)の上部の層の複数のプレートの方向に対して実質的に垂直に向いている、請求項13に記載のカラム。
- 気体処理、CO2回収、蒸溜、または空気変換方法への、請求項13または14に記載のカラムの使用。
