Claims (5)
- パワーオフダウンシフトが開始してトルクハンドオーバが始まったか否かを判断する変速判断段階と、
トルクハンドオーバが始まった場合、車両が険路に進入したか否かを判断する険路判断段階と、
前記険路判断段階の結果、車両が険路に進入したと判断される場合には、険路に進入したと判断される直前の結合側入力軸の速度変化率を計算して記憶する変化率確保段階と、
実変速区間に進入すると、前記変化率確保段階で記憶された結合側入力軸の速度変化率を用いて目標の結合側クラッチの伝達トルクを計算し、前記目標の結合側クラッチの伝達トルクに到達するまで結合側クラッチの伝達トルクを漸進的に上昇させる伝達トルク上昇段階と、
前記伝達トルク上昇段階の後、スリップ比が所定の基準値に到達するまで前記目標の結合側クラッチの伝達トルクを維持するように制御する伝達トルク維持段階と、
前記伝達トルク維持段階が完了すると、前記伝達トルク上昇段階で上昇させたトルクだけ漸進的に前記結合側クラッチの伝達トルクを下降させて変速を完了する変速完了段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、DCT車両の変速制御方法。 - 前記険路判断段階で車両が険路に進入したか否かは、現在の結合側入力軸の速度変化率が所定の基準時間の結合側入力軸の速度変化率の平均値と比べて所定の余裕値以上の差を生じる場合を、険路に進入したと判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDCT車両の変速制御方法。
- 前記伝達トルク維持段階で、前記スリップ比は、結合側入力軸の速度と解放側入力軸の速度との差に対する、前記結合側入力軸の速度とエンジンの速度との差によって計算されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDCT車両の変速制御方法。
- 前記伝達トルク維持段階で、前記スリップ比の基準値は9/10以上であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のDCT車両の変速制御方法。
