Claims (5)
- 運転者が加速ペダルを踏んで現在より下位の変速段への変速を行うパワーオンダウンシフトが開始されたか否かを判断する変速開始判断段階と、
パワーオンダウンシフトが開始された場合、エンジンの回転数が変化する実変速区間内で解放側クラッチを制御するためのTSカーブ特性に基づく基本制御トルクを、トルクオブザーバによって計算されたオブザーバトルクで補正して解放側クラッチ制御トルクとして算出する、トルク補正段階とを含んでなることを特徴とするDCT車両のクラッチトルク制御方法。 - 前記トルク補正段階の前に、実変速区間に進入したか否かを判断するために、エンジンの回転数と解放側入力軸の回転数との差が所定の第1基準回転数を超過するか否かを判断し、前記第1基準回転数を超過した場合にのみ前記トルク補正段階に進入するようにする実変速進入判断段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDCT車両のクラッチトルク制御方法。
- 前記実変速進入判断段階の後であって、前記トルク補正段階の前に、前記基本制御トルクと前記オブザーバトルクとの差が基準トルク値未満である場合にのみ前記トルク補正段階に進入するようにして、変速制御の安定性を確保する安定性確保段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のクラッチトルク制御方法。
- 前記トルク補正段階で、前記解放側クラッチ制御トルクは、既存の学習されたTSカーブ特性に基づく基本制御トルクから、トルクオブザーバで計算されたオブザーバトルクを差し引いた値を独立変数とする関数によって定められる補正値を、前記基本制御トルクに加減算して算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDCT車両のクラッチトルク制御方法。
- 前記トルク補正段階を実変速区間内でのみ行うよう、前記トルク補正段階を行いながら、実変速が完了したか否かを確認するため、エンジンの回転数と結合側入力軸の回転数との差が所定の第2基準回転数未満になるか否かの判断を繰り返し行い、前記第2基準回転数未満であれば前記トルク補正段階を終了するようにする実変速終了判断段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDCT車両のクラッチトルク制御方法。
