Abstract
Description
−消火剤とポリイソシアネートとの第1混合物を調整する段階;
−ポリビニルアルコールの水溶液中で第1混合物の乳濁液を得る段階;
−得られた乳濁液をポリエチレンポリアミンの水溶液に添加する段階;
−水中でマイクロカプセルの懸濁液を生成する段階;
−懸濁液と結合剤との第2混合物を調製する段階;
−第2混合物からプレートを成形する段階;
−プレートを乾燥する段階;
−接着剤層をプレートの片面に適用する段階;
−接着剤層を剥離可能な保護フィルムで被覆する段階;及び
−プレートを特定の大きさの片に切断する段階。

Claims (10)
- 消火組成物で満たされ、かつ2〜100μmの大きさを有するマイクロカプセル(2)、及び結合剤(3)を含む、消火特性を有する材料から作成された自動消火剤(10)であって、前記マイクロカプセルはハロカーボンがポリ尿素及び/又はポリウレタンの高分子シェル中に封入されて成り、前記結合剤(3)は高分子成分並びに鉱物繊維(5)及び/又は鉱物粒子を含む複合材料である、自動消火剤。
- 請求項1の自動消火剤(10)であって、前記ハロカーボンはポリイソシアネートプレポリマーを基にした前記ポリ尿素及び/又はポリウレタンの高分子シェル中に封入されている、自動消火剤。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動消火剤(10)であって、前記ハロカーボンは下記の第1物質:(a)1,1,2,2‐テトラフルオロジブロモエタン;(b)1,1,2‐トリフルオロトリクロロエタン;及び(c)2‐ヨード‐1,1,1,2,3,3,3‐ヘプタフルオロプロパン、及び/又はそれらと他のハロカーボンとの混合物のうちの1つから選択される、自動消火剤。
- 請求項3に記載の自動消火剤(10)であって、前記混合物中の他のハロカーボンは、下記の第2の物質:(a)1,1,2,2‐テトラフルオロエタン;(b)1,1‐ジフルオロ−2,2,2‐トリクロロエタン;(c)1,2‐ジフルオロトリクロロエタン;(d)1,1‐ジフルオロ‐1,2‐ジクロロエタン;(e)1,2‐ジフルオロ‐1,1‐ジクロロエタン;(f)1,1‐ジフルオロ‐1‐クロロエタン;(g)1‐フルオロ‐1,1‐ジクロロエタン;(h)1‐フルオロ‐2‐クロロエタン;(i)ペンタフルオロクロロエタン;(j)1,1,2,2‐テトラフルオロジクロロエタン;(k)1,1,1‐トリフルオロトリクロロエタン;(l)1,1,2‐トリフルオロトリクロロエタン;(m)1,1‐ジフルオロテトラクロロエタン;及び(n)1,2‐ジフルオロテトラクロロエタンのうちの1つを含む、自動消火剤。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の自動消火剤(10)であって、前記鉱物繊維(5)は下記の材料:(a)ガラス繊維;(b)玄武岩繊維;(c)天然鉱物の繊維;及び(d)合成鉱物の繊維のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、自動消火剤。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の自動消火剤(10)であって、前記鉱物粒子は下記の材料:(a)方解石;(b)大理石;(c)白亜;(d)天然鉱物;及び(e)合成鉱物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、自動消火剤。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の自動消火剤(10)であって、前記高分子成分は下記の物質:(a)アクリル樹脂;(b)アルキド樹脂;(c)グリプタル樹脂;(d)ラテックス樹脂;(e)ペンタフタル樹脂;(f)エポキシ樹脂;(g)ポリウレタン;(h)ポリ尿素;(i)ポリビニルアルコール;及び(j)ポリ酢酸ビニルのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、自動消火剤。
- プレートに成形される、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の自動消火剤(10)。
- 請求項2及び請求項8の自動消火剤(10)の製造方法(100)であって、下記の段階:
−前記消火剤と前記ポリイソシアネートとの第1混合物を調整する段階(101);
−ポリビニルアルコールの水溶液中で前記第1混合物の乳濁液を得る段階(102);
−得られた前記乳濁液をポリエチレンポリアミンの水溶液に添加する段階(1020);
−水中で前記マイクロカプセルの懸濁液を生成する段階(103);
−前記懸濁液と前記結合剤との第2混合物を調製する段階(104);
−前記第2混合物を前記プレートに成形する段階(1040);
−前記プレートを乾燥する段階(105);
−接着剤層(6)を前記プレートの片面に適用する段階(107);
−前記接着剤層を剥離可能な保護フィルム(7)で被覆する(108)段階;
−前記プレートを所望の大きさの片に切断する段階(106)、を含む、製造方法。 - 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の自動消火剤(10)を使用して消火する対象物(11)及び(12)。
