Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、建設機械(1)の排気ガスの処理を提供する、所定の分解温度を有する添加剤(9)を受入れるタンク(8)を有する建設機械(1)に関する。建設機械(1)は、前記添加剤(9)を前記タンク(8)側から、及び/又は、前記タンク(8)側へ導くように構成される、少なくとも1つの接続ライン(10)をさらに含んで構成される。回収ユニット(16)は、前記少なくとも1つの接続ライン(10)に接続され、前記タンク(8)から前記少なくとも1つの接続ライン(10)へ、及び/又は、前記接続ライン(10)から前記タンク(8)の中へ前記添加剤(9)を輸送するように構成されている。本発明に係る建設機械(1)は、前記添加剤(9)の分解温度を超えないように、前記タンク(8)内の添加剤の温度に影響を及ぼすように設計されている熱管理システム(13)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (15)
- 建設機械(1)であって、該建設機械(1)の排気ガスの処理のため、所定の分解温度を有する添加剤(9)を受入れるタンク(8)と、
前記添加剤(9)を前記タンク(8)側から及び/又は前記タンク(8)側に導くように構成される、少なくとも1つの接続ライン(10)と、
前記少なくとも1つの接続ライン(10)に接続され、前記タンク(8)から前記少なくとも1つの接続ライン(10)へ及び/又は前記接続ライン(10)から前記タンク(8)の中へ前記添加剤(9)を輸送するように構成される回収ユニット(16)と、を備え、
前記建設機械(1)は、前記添加剤(9)の分解温度を超えないように、前記タンク(8)内の前記添加剤(9)の温度に影響を及ぼすように設計されている熱管理システム(13)を更に含んで構成されることを特徴とする建設機械(1)。 - 前記熱管理システム(13)は、50℃を超えないように前記タンク(8)内の前記添加剤(9)の温度に影響を及ぼすように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記タンク(8)は、断熱ハウジング(15)によって囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記断熱ハウジング(15)は、媒体が流れることができる導管(18)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建設機械。
- 前記断熱ハウジング(15)は、圧縮機(23)と共に前記タンク(8)かつ/若しくはその内容物に熱エネルギを供給するように、及び/又は、前記タンク(8)かつ/若しくはその内容物から熱エネルギを除去するように、構成された少なくとも1つの第1の熱伝達ユニット(20)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の建設機械。
- 前記熱管理システム(13)は、前記回収ユニット(16)に接続され、該回収ユニット(16)に熱媒体(17)を供給するように設計されている制御ライン(12)を含んで構成され、前記回収ユニット(16)は、前記熱媒体(17)を用いて選択的に前記タンク(8)の内容物から熱エネルギを回収し及び/又は前記タンク(8)の内容物へ熱エネルギを供給するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の建設機械。
- 前記熱媒体(17)は、前記建設機械(1)の主駆動部(3)の冷却ユニット(6)の冷却媒体(33)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の建設機械。
- 前記制御ライン(12)は、チラー(24)の高温及び/又は低温側(25、26)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の建設機械。
- 前記熱管理システム(13)は、前記チラー(24)の高温又は低温側(25、26)への前記制御ライン(12)を選択的に接続するように設計された制御装置(27)を更に含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の建設機械。
- 前記チラー(24)は、前記建設機械(1)の主駆動部(3)の冷却媒体(33)の熱エネルギを利用することを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の建設機械。
- 前記チラー(24)は、吸着冷却機であることを特徴とする請求項8から請求項10の何れか1項に記載の建設機械。
- 接続ライン(10)として、タンク(8)に前記添加剤(9)を供給する少なくとも1つの戻りライン(11)が設けられ、該戻りライン(11)の領域において、冷却装置(32)が配置され、前記戻りライン(11)を通って導かれた前記添加剤(9)から熱エネルギを回収するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11の何れか1項に記載の建設機械。
- 前記冷却装置(32)は、ペルチェ素子(30)であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の建設機械。
- 前記冷却装置(32)は、前記建設機械(1)の主駆動部(3)の冷却ユニット(6)の領域に配置された第2の熱伝達ユニット(31)であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の建設機械。
- 前記建設機械(1)は、路面仕上げ機またはフィーダであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項14の何れか1項に記載の建設機械。
