Abstract
【解決手段】入力軸12(第1軸)とモータ軸16(第2軸)とを、キー連結とクランプ連結を併用して連結する軸の連結構造であって、入力軸12は、モータ軸16が挿入される筒状部18と、該筒状部18を軸方向に切り欠いて形成されたスリット62(第1、第2スリット62A、62B)と、を有し、当該スリット62の外周にクランプ連結を行う締結具58が装着されるとともに、該第1スリット62Aがキー54のキー溝と兼用され、かつスリット62は、周方向に複数(2個)形成されている。

Claims (6)
- 第1軸と第2軸とを、キー連結とクランプ連結を併用して連結する軸の連結構造であって、
前記第1軸は、前記第2軸が挿入される筒状部と、該筒状部を軸方向に切り欠いて形成されたスリットと、を有し、
当該スリットの外周に前記クランプを行う締結具が装着されるとともに、該スリットが前記キーのキー溝と兼用可能とされ、かつ
前記スリットは、周方向に複数形成されている
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項1において、
前記スリットは、周方向に180度位相で2個形成されている
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記第1軸は、小径部と大径部を有し、前記スリットは、該小径部と大径部の両方に渡って形成されている
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項3において、
前記クランプを行う締結具と前記大径部との間にスペーサが配置される
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記スリットの幅は、クランプ締結後においても、前記キーの幅より大きい
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項3〜5のいずれかにおいて、
前記小径部と大径部の段差部に、アール部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。
