Claims (7)
- 第1軸に設けた筒状部に第2軸を挿入して連結する軸の連結構造であって、
前記第1軸と第2軸は、該第1軸の内周と第2軸の外周との間にブッシュを介在させた上で、キーによる連結とクランプによる連結を併用して連結され、
前記第1軸は、前記キーが係合するキー溝と、筒状部を軸方向に切り欠いて形成された軸スリットと、を有し、
当該軸スリットの外周に前記クランプによる連結のための締結具が装着され、
前記ブッシュには、前記キー溝に対応するブッシュスリットが形成され、かつ
前記クランプによる連結の後において、前記ブッシュの前記ブッシュスリットの幅は、前記第1軸の前記キー溝の幅よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項1において、
前記第1軸の前記キー溝と前記軸スリットは、単一の溝により兼用されている
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記クランプによる連結の後においても、前記第1軸の前記キー溝の幅は、前記キーの幅よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記第1軸に前記軸スリットが複数形成され、かつ前記ブッシュに前記ブッシュスリットが1個のみ形成された
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記ブッシュに前記ブッシュスリットが複数形成され、かつ少なくとも2つのブッシュスリットの軸方向長さが異なる
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項5において、
前記複数のブッシュスリットのうち、1つのブッシュスリットは、前記ブッシュを軸方向に貫通して形成されている
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。 - 請求項6において、
前記複数のブッシュスリットのうち、貫通しないブッシュスリットの軸方向長さは、前記締結具の軸方向長さよりも大きい
ことを特徴とする軸の連結構造。
