Abstract
【解決手段】コイル部品1は、基板2と、電解めっきによって基板2のおもて面2t及びうら面2bにそれぞれ形成された平面スパイラル導体10a,10bと、平面スパイラル導体10a,10bをそれぞれ覆う金属磁性粉含有樹脂22とを備える。金属磁性粉含有樹脂22は、第1の平均粒径を有する第1の金属粉と、第1の平均粒径よりも小さな第2の平均粒径を有する第2の金属粉と、第2の平均粒径よりも小さな第3の平均粒径を有する第3の金属粉とを含み、第1の平均粒径は15〜100μmであり、第3の平均粒径は2μm以下である。第1の金属粉はパーマロイ系材料であり、第2及び第3の金属粉はカルボニル鉄である。

Claims (10)
- コイル導体と、
前記コイル導体を覆う金属磁性粉含有樹脂とを備え、
前記金属磁性粉含有樹脂は、
第1の平均粒径を有する第1の金属粉と、
前記第1の平均粒径よりも小さな第2の平均粒径を有する第2の金属粉と、
前記第2の平均粒径よりも小さな第3の平均粒径を有する第3の金属粉とを含み、
前記第1の平均粒径は15〜100μmであり、
前記第3の平均粒径は2μm以下であることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記第1の金属粉は前記第2及び第3の金属粉よりも高い透磁率を有する、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1の金属粉はパーマロイを主成分とし、前記第2及び第3の金属粉は鉄を主成分とする、請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2の平均粒径は3〜10μmである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第2の平均粒径は3〜5μmであり、
前記第3の平均粒径は1μm以下である、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第3の金属粉に対する前記第2の金属粉の重量比は、0.33〜3である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1乃至前記第3の金属粉の全体に対する前記第1の金属粉の重量比は、0.7〜0.8である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1の金属粉、前記第2の金属粉、及び前記第3の金属粉の重量比は、6:1:1である、請求項7に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル導体は、基板の表面にめっきにより形成された平面スパイラル導体を含む、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 第1の平均粒径を有する第1の金属粉と、
前記第1の平均粒径よりも小さな第2の平均粒径を有する第2の金属粉と、
前記第2の平均粒径よりも小さな第3の平均粒径を有する第3の金属粉とを含み、
前記第1の平均粒径は15〜100μmであり、
前記第3の平均粒径は2μm以下であることを特徴とする金属磁性粉含有樹脂。
