Claims (10)
- 2つのチャンバを有する筐体を備える熱交換器であって、
前記2つのチャンバはパーティション板で仕切られ、前記2つのチャンバがそれぞれ、流体用の入口開口と出口開口とを有し、
前記筐体及び前記パーティション板は、1枚の金属シートから形成されており、
前記パーティション板は、前記金属シートの中間領域から形成され、交互に平行に配置された複数のリブ及びチャネルを含み、
前記筐体は、前記金属シートの側面領域を折り曲げ線沿いに折り曲げてなる、熱交換器。 - 前記中間領域の端部に位置している前記複数のリブ及びチャネルは押圧されて、平坦な端部領域となり、前記端部領域は、前記側面領域のいずれかに流体に対する気密性を確保するように接続される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記端部に近い前記中間領域は、押圧された前記端部領域につながる、折り曲げられた移行領域を有し、前記移行領域には、前記入口開口と前記出口開口のいずれかが形成される、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記2つのチャンバには、それぞれが第2の金属シートでできた格子状の支持部が挿入されており、
前記格子状の支持部は、第1の金属シートの前記中間領域と前記第1の金属シートの反対の側面領域とに接続されており、複数の窓と、前記複数の窓を取り囲む複数のバーとを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記中間領域の両端が互いに反対の方向に曲げられている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記中間領域の両端が同じ方向に曲げられている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器の製造方法であって、
平坦な第1の金属シートを提供する工程と、
複数の開口を切断またはスタンピングにより形成する工程と、
前記金属シートの中間領域を成形して、互いに平行な複数のリブ及びチャネルを形成する工程と、
前記中間領域の両側に隣接している2つの側面領域を、それぞれが平行な折り曲げ線沿いに折り曲げる工程と、
前記2つの側面領域の端部を、前記中間領域に直接隣接している前記折り曲げ線の端部に、気密性を確保するように接続する(tight connecting)工程と
を備える製造方法。 - 平坦な2つの第2の金属シートを提供する工程と、
複数のバーで取り囲む複数の窓を切断またはスタンピングにより形成する工程と、
前記2つの第2の金属シートを複数回折り曲げて、前記複数の窓と、前記複数の窓に対応する横方向のバーとを、前記2つの第2の金属シートの平面から突出させる工程と、
形成された前記2つの第2の金属シートを、前記第1の金属シートの前記中間領域の前記複数のリブの上面及び下面に接続する工程と
を備える、請求項7に記載の製造方法。 - 前記中間領域の前記端部の前記複数のリブ及びチャネルを押圧することで、複数の平坦な端部領域を形成して、前記複数の平坦な端部領域を前記2つの側面領域のいずれかに、流体に対する気密性が確保されるように接続する工程をさらに備える、請求項7または8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記中間領域を前記中間領域の端部付近で折り曲げる工程をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
