Claims (13)
- 自動車用の熱交換器(1)、好ましくは商用車用の熱交換器、特に給気冷却器であって、
第1媒体(4)用に構成された第1集合箱(2)および第2集合箱(3)を有し、第1および第2集合箱(2、3)の各々が、第1媒体(4)用の第1媒体接続口(26)を有し、第1および第2集合箱(2、3)が、少なくとも1つの熱交換要素(27)を介して互いに連通接続されており、
熱交換要素(27)を受容するケーシング(8)を有し、そのケーシング(8)が、第2媒体(6)をケーシング(8)の内部に案内するように構成され、かつ、第2媒体(6)用の第2媒体接続口(30)を有しており、
第1および第2集合箱(2、3)の少なくとも1つ、好ましくは両方の集合箱(2、3)が、ケーシング(8)の少なくとも一部においてケーシングの内壁から距離をおいてケーシング(8)の内部に受容されるように、ケーシング(8)が形成されており、
ケーシング(8)が、2つの厚肉領域(9、10)と、2つの厚肉領域(9、10)の間の薄肉領域(11)とを有する骨形状に近似した形状になっており、
少なくとも1つの熱交換要素(27)が薄肉領域(11)に配置されている熱交換器。 - ケーシング(8)が、複数の集合箱(2、3)を完全に受容することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 第1集合箱(2)が一方の第2媒体接続口(30)と熱交換要素(27)との間にあり、かつ、第2集合箱(3)が他方の第2媒体接続口(31)と熱交換要素(27)との間にあるように、複数の第2媒体接続口(30、31)が両方の集合箱(2、3)に付設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器。
- 複数の集合箱(2、3)内での第1媒体(4)の流れ方向が、熱交換要素(27)内での第1媒体(4)の流れ方向を横切って、特に直角に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 複数の第2媒体接続口(30、31)が、熱交換要素(27)内での第1媒体(4)の流れ方向の方向またはほぼその方向を向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 複数の第1媒体接続口(26、29)が、熱交換要素(27)内での第1媒体(4)の流れ方向を横切って、特に直角に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 複数の第1媒体接続口(26、29)が、複数の集合箱(2、3)の縦伸長方向またはほぼその方向を向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 各第1媒体接続口(26、29)が、付属する第1もしくは第2集合箱(2、3)の縦伸長と一直線に並ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ケーシング(8)の壁(12、13)とケーシング(8)に付属する底壁および蓋壁が、熱交換要素(27)に密着していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ケーシング(8)が、ファン(37)のファンケーシング(38)のケーシング部分を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ファンケーシング(38)が、渦巻ケーシング(40)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が、向流式熱交換器として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が、並流式熱交換器として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
